| 520 | |a كانت الوضعية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية عشية الغزو الفرنسي للجزائر سنة 1830 قائمة على الزراعة. إلا أن الاضطرابات الأولى التي عرفتها تلك الوضعية تعود إلى 8 سبتمبر 1830 أي عندما أصدر الماريشال كلوزيل مرسوما اعتبر من خلاله جميع ممتلكات كل من الداي وأولئك الذين غادروا أيالة الجزائر ملكا للدولة المحتلة. مرسوم تلته العديد من القرارات تصبو كلها إلى تحويل الأراضي لصالح الاستيطان الأوروبي. نذكر على سبيل المثال لا الحصر إخضاع العقار بالجزائر إلى قانون 7 أوت 1850م القاضي بالمراجعة الدورية لوضعية العقار عن طريق التثليث على غرار ما كان معمولا به في فرنسا. إن تفكك المجتمع الجزائري يعود جزئيا لهذه السياسة. فما تعرضت له أوطان بني مناصر الواقعة غرب دار السلطان إلا مثال من بين العديد من الأمثلة عن مسار استيلاء المحتل على العقار بالجزائر خلال الفترة ما بين 1830 و872م. | ||
| 520 | |b The nature of land in Algeria before the French invasion in 1830 reflected a socioeconomic situation based on the work of the land. The first ones upheavals in Algeria date back to September 8th 1830, when all Dey property and all those who had left the Regency of Algiers were decreed to be property of the State (conqueror), followed from August 7th 1850, in the same way as in France, by the revision of land by triangulation. The dislocation of Algerian society is partly a consequence of this policy. The Beni Menasser Outhane, located west of Dar El Soltane, is one example among many on the path of colonial rule over land in Algeria during the period from 1830 to 1872. | ||
| 520 | |d La nature du foncier en Algérie avant l’invasion française en 1830 reflétait une situation socio-économique basée sur le travail de la terre. Les premiers bouleversements, qu’avait connus l’Algérie, remontent au 8 septembre 1830, date à laquelle fût décrété que tous les biens du Dey et les tous ceux qui avaient quitté la Régence d’Alger seraient considérés comme étant des biens de l’Etat (conquérant), suivi à partir du 7 août 1850, au même titre qu’en France, par la révision du foncier par triangulation. La dislocation de la société algérienne est en partie une conséquence de cette politique. Les Outhane des Beni Menasser situés à l’Ouest de Dar El Soltane, sont un exemple parmi tant d’autres sur le cheminement de l’emprise coloniale sur le foncier en Algérie durant la période allant de 1830 à 1872. | ||
