| 520 | |a يعتبر الهدف من التواصل نقل المتكلم معلومات إلى المستمع، يتم الحكم على أداء المتحدث تبعا لدرجة وضوح إنتاجاته اللفظية. وضوح الكلام عامل أساسي في دراستنا لتقييم مدى تطور التكفل الأرطوفوني بصعوبات التواصل اللفظي لدى الطفل الناطق بالعربية، ونظرا لشبه انعدام وسائل التقييم في الوسط الإكلينيكي الجزائري اهتممنا بتطوير مقياس يشمل جميع المعايير المكونة لوضوح الكلام. ولهذا تم أخذ مجموعة متكونة من 240 طفل متمدرس ناطق بالعربية أعمارهم بين 6 و12 سنة، أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة بين وضوح الكلام والفهم الشفهي والذي يعد كعنصر أساسي في أي عملية تواصل لفظي. | ||
| 520 | |b Communication aims to transmit information, this communication performance is judged according to the speech intelligibility rate, this intelligibility is important in speech therapy assessment mainly in Arabic--speaking children. In view of the absence of this evaluation in an Algerian clinical environment, we have developed a scale to assess intelligibility, for this, we took a sample of 240 schoolchildren aged 6 to 12 years.
