|a هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تقدير الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في الجامعات الرسمية للخدمات والتسهيلات المقدمة لهم واتجاهاتهم نحو هذه الخدمات والصعوبات والمعيقات التي ترتبط بتقديم هذه الخدمات. واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس الخدمات التعليمية الذي يتكون من (68) فقرة موزعة إلى سبع مجالات رئيسة، وتم تطبيقه على (208) طالباً وطالبة من ذوي الإعاقة في الجامعات الأردنية. أشارت النتائج إلى درجة تقدير متوسطة لتوفر الخدمات وللصعوبات المرتبطة بتقديمها، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تبعاً لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور، ولمتغير المستوى الدراسي لصالح طلبة البكالوريوس، بينما لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزي إلى متغيري نوع الإعاقة والكلية.

|b This study aimed to identify the level of educational services provided for students with disabilities in public universities, their attitudes towards these services, and the obstacles that they face. An educational services scale, which consists of (68) items distributed into seven main dimensions, was applied to (208) students with disabilities. The results indicated an average level of services and obstacles. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences according to the gender and level of study variables. At the same time, there were no statistically significant differences due to disability and college types’ variables.
