المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل الأسس النظرية المرتبطة بأداء وحدات ضمان الجودة بالمؤسسات الجامعية مع محاولة توظيف مدخل التعلم التنظيمي في تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل أداء تلك الوحدات بجامعة قناة السويس، ولقد استخدمت الدراسة أسلوب دراسة الحالة باعتباره أحد أساليب المنهج الوصفي، ولقد أسفرت الدراسة عن نتائج ترتبط بأداء وحدات ضمان الجودة بجامعة قناة السويس، ومنها: أن وحدات ضمان الجودة بكليات الجامعة تؤدي أدوارا إيجابية في نشر ثقافة الجودة والقيام بإجراءات متنوعة لضمان التحسين المستمر في الأداء الجامعي. ومن جانب آخر فإن هناك بعض أوجه قصور تعاني منها تلك الوحدات وتعوقها عن تحقيق أهدافها بفاعلية، مثل: ضعف استطلاع آراء المستفيدين تمهيدا لصياغة رؤية وتحديد غايات وأهداف استراتيجية لتطوير أداء تلك الوحدات، علاوة على حاجة الكوادر البشرية إلى دورات تدريبية تنطلق من تحديد احتياجاتهم التدريبية ويتم تنفيذها على مستوى كل كلية، إلى جانب افتقار بعض تلك الوحدات لكثير من الإمكانات المادية، مع الحاجة لتطبيق نظم مادية محفزة للعمل في فرق الجودة داخل تلك الوحدات، ويضاف إلى ذلك ضعف مستويات المشاركة والتواصل مع جمهور المستفيدين والمعنيين بالخدمات التي تقدمها وحدات ضمان الجودة. وفي ضوء تلك النتائج تم تقديم ثلاثة مقترحات لتفعيل أداء وحدات ضمان الجودة بجامعة قناة السويس في ضوء مدخل التعلم التنظيمي، وتتمثل هذه المقترحات فيما يلي: -المقترح الأول: تضمين أبعاد التعلم التنظيمي في أداء وحدات ضمان الجودة بكليات الجامعة. -المقترح الثاني: توظيف بحوث الفعل في حل المشكلات التنظيمية بوحدات ضمان الجودة بكليات الجامعة. -المقترح الثالث: بناء ذاكرة تنظيمية بوحدات ضمان الجودة بكليات الجامعة.

The study aimed to analyze the theoretical foundations associated with the performance of quality assurance units in university institutions with an attempt to employ the organizational learning approach in providing a suggested proposal to activate the performance of those units at Suez Canal University. The study used the case study method as one of the descriptive methods. The study found results related to the performance of quality assurance units at the Suez Canal University, including: The quality assurance units at the faculties of the university play positive roles in spreading the culture of quality and take various measures to ensure continuous improvement in university performance. on the other hand, there are some shortcomings suffer Such units are hindering them from achieving their objectives effectively, such as: Weakness of the survey of stockholders in preparation for formulating a vision and setting strategic goals and objectives to develop the performance of these units, in addition to the need of human cadres to train courses starting from the identification of their training needs and implemented at the level Each college, as well as a lack of some of those units for many of the potential physical, with the need to implement systems material incentive to work in quality teams within those units. In addition, the weak levels of participation and communication with an audience of stockholders and the concerned services provided by units of quality assurance. In the light of these results, three proposals were made to activate the performance of the quality assurance units at the Suez Canal University in the light of the organizational learning approach. These proposals are as follows: -The first proposal: The introduction of organizational learning dimensions in the performance of quality assurance units at the university faculties. -The second proposal: using of action research in solving organizational problems in quality assurance units at the university faculties. -The third proposal: Building an organizational memory in quality assurance units at the university faculties.
