المستخلص: The present research aims to provide proposed mechanisms to operationalize the role of the Suez Canal University in developing the Intellectual Capital of its students by achieving the following objectives: 1. To clarify the concept of Intellectual Capital, its importance, its components, the identification of its characteristics and the models and methods of measuring it. 2. Access to proposed mechanisms to operationalize the role of the Suez Canal University in developing Intellectual Capital for its students. The search reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following: - All the members of the study sample agree on the proposals of the roles of Suez Canal University for the development of Intellectual Capital economically, politically, socially, scientifically and culturally, where the approval rate ranged from (97.9% to 80.5%.), all phrases were statistically significant at a level of (0.001). The search also concluded: - The existence of statistically significant differences between the average grades of faculty members in practical colleges, the average grades of faculty members in theoretical colleges and the average grades of faculty members in faculties, on the development of intellectual capital in all its fields for faculty members in practical colleges except the political field for faculty members in theoretical colleges. The search recommended the following: 1- The need for the university to select the students who will be the burden of the educational process in the future; their characters must be together enough to do the job well. 2- Interest in the rehabilitation and preparation of students a good educational preparation as the intellectual capital of the University in all areas focused on the study. 3- Encourage students to engage in-group discussions on topics that students feel comfortable discussing in an atmosphere of familiarity and tolerance under the supervision of professors who have the spirit of cooperation and listening to their students and guide them to the right ways. 4- Changing educational policy so that it is based on a variety of teaching methods that give students the opportunity to present their thoughts and feelings and are based on collaborative learning and team learning.

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تقديم آليات مقترحة لتفعيل دور جامعة قناة السويس في تنمية رأس المال الفكري لطلبتها من خلال تحقيق الأهداف التالية: 1-توضيح مفهوم رأس المال الفكري، أهميته، مكوناته، التعرف على خصائصه، ونماذج وأساليب قياسه. 2-الوصول إلى آليات مقترحة لتفعيل دور جامعة قناة السويس في تنمية رأس المال الفكري لطلبتها. وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أهمها ما يلي:- -جميع أفراد عينة البحث يجمعون على مقترحات دور جامعة قناة السويس لتنمية رأس المال الفكري اقتصاديا، وسياسيا، واجتماعيا، وعلميا، وثقافيا، حيث تراوحت نسبة الموافقة ما بين (97.9%: 80.5%)، وكانت جميع العبارات ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.001). كما توصل البحث إلى:- -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكليات العملية، ومتوسط درجات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكليات النظرية ومتوسط درجات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكليات البينية، على تنمية رأس المال الفكري بجميع مجالاته لصالح أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكليات العملية، ما عدا المجال السياسي لصالح أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكليات النظرية. وقد أوصى البحث فما يلي:- 1. ضرورة حرص الجامعة على انتقاء الطلبة الذين سيقع عليهم عبء العملية التعليمية في المستقبل؛ حيث يجب أن تكون شخصياتهم سوية بما يكفي لحسن القيام بهذه المهمة. 2. الاهتمام بتأهيل وإعداد الطلبة إعدادا تربويا جيدا باعتباره رأس المال الفكري للجامعة في جميع المجالات التي ركز عليها البحث. 3. تشجيع الطلبة على الانخراط في مناقشات جماعية تتناول موضوعات يشعر الطلبة براحة في مناقشتها في جو من الألفة والتسامح تحت إشراف أساتذة تتوفر فيهم روح التعاون والإنصات للطلبة وإرشادهم إلى الطرق الصحيحة. 4. تغيير السياسة التعليمية بحيث تقوم على أساليب تدريسية متنوعة تعطي من خلاها الفرصة للطلبة بعرض أفكارهم ومشاعرهم، وتقوم على التعلم التعاوني والتعلم بالفريق.
