|b The study aimed to examine the effectiveness of a mentoring program using the positive thinking to develop self-assertiveness and its effect on the psychological security of secondary school female students in Gaza. In order to achieve this objective, the researchers used the experimental approach and chose a sample consisting of (40) female students who achieved a lower degree in the of self-assertiveness scale among the students of secondary school in Gaza for the academic year of 2016-2017, They were divided into two equal samples: experimental group and control group and each of them consisted of (20) female students. The researcher used the following instruments: self-assertiveness scale (prepared by the researchers), psychological security scale (Zeinab Shaqeer, 2005), and the program for developing self-assertiveness (prepared by the researchers). The study reached the following results: there are statistically significant differences between the average degrees of female students in control group and the average degrees of female students in the experimental group in the post measurement of self-assertiveness measure in favor of the experimental group. Also, there are statistically significant differences between the average degrees of female students in the experimental group in the previous measurement and the average degrees of female students in the same group in the post measurement of self-assertiveness measure in favor of the post measurement. There are no statistically significant differences between the average degrees of female students in the experimental group in the re-measurement and the average degrees of female students in the same group in the follow-up measurement of self-assertiveness scale.

|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من أثر برنامج إرشادي قائم على التفكير الإيجابي في تنمية توكيد الذات لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بغزة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي، واختارا عينة مكونة من (٤٠) طالبة من طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بغزة، قد حصلن على درجات منخفضة في مقياس توكيد الذات، وقد تم تقسيمهن إلى مجموعتين متكافئتين، تجريبية، وضابطة، قوام كل مجموعة (20) طالبة، وقد استخدم الباحثان: مقياس توكيد الذات، إعداد: الباحثين، البرنامج الإرشادي القائم على التفكير الإيجابي إعداد: الباحثين، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة الضابطة ومتوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية على القياس البعدي لمقياس توكيد الذات لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية على القياس القبلي ومتوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة نفسها على القياس البعدي لمقياس توكيد الذات لصالح القياس البعدي، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية على القياس البعدي ومتوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة نفسها على القياس التتبعي لمقياس توكيد الذات.
