المستخلص: This study aims to measure the effectiveness of using remedial education program to improving reading comprehension skills among students with learning disabilities in the primary stage. The researcher selected the experimental method was used by dividing the sample into two groups, one experimental and the other controlling. The study sample consisted of 30 students with learning disabilities who had difficulty in reading comprehension in the fourth grade. They were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other group as control. Their ages were between 9 and 10 years old. The study tools contain: Stanford Bennee Scale for Children 's Intelligence (Photo 5): Translation and Localization of (Safwat Faraj, 2010), Diagnostic Assessment Scale for Reading Difficulties: (Prepared by: Fathi Al - Zayat, 2007), Reading comprehension test, prepared by (Nahla Sayed Said), Socioeconomic Level Scale (Prepared by: Abdalaziz Al-Shaghs, 2006), the remedial program (researcher preparation). The study found: There are statistically significant differences between the tribal measurement and the post-measurement of the experimental group in the average dimensions of the reading comprehension and the total score in favor of the post-measurement, There are statistically significant differences between the control group and the experimental group in the average distance measurement of the reading comprehension and the total score for the experimental group, There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the post measurement and follow-up on the scale of reading comprehension skills and the total score.
