المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على واقع البرامج الإثرائية المقدمة للطالبات الموهوبات في المرحلة الثانوية ومعلماتهن والمشرفات من خلال آرائهم وخبراتهم لاستخراج المستوى التربوي والتعليمي الذي يتلقاه الطالبات الموهوبات، والمعلمات والمشرفات والطالبات الموهوبات التابعات لإدارة رعاية الموهوبين وفق المعايير العالمية في منطقة الباحة. وتمثلت عينة البحث الطالبات الموهوبات في منطقة الباحة (ن= ٩٩)، ومشرفات إدارة رعاية الطلاب الموهوبين بمنطقة الباحة (ن= 3)، ومعلمات الطالبات الموهوبات (ن= ٣٦)، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي الذي طبقت فيه استبانات تمثل المعايير العالمية للبرامج الإثرائية.، وأظهرت النتائج أن المعلمات أظهرن مستوى متوسط لواقع البرامج الإثرية، وأظهرن الطالبات الموهوبات ومشرفات إدارة رعاية الموهوبين مستوى مرتفع لوقع البرامج الإثرائية وفقا للمعايير العالمية.

The evaluation of gifted students contributes in improving enrichment programs and according to international standards, because they are indicators and signs lead to the improvement of these enrichment programs also they provide educators and officials with appropriate support that meets the needs of gifted students. The current research directed to know the reality of enrichment programs offered to gifted female students in high school and their teachers and supervisors followers to administration of the Gifted in the city of Al-Baha through their views and experiences to extract the educational and instructional level which the gifted female students have received in the city of Al-Baha compared to universal standards, Teachers and supervisors and gifted female students according to universal standards in AL-Baha area and The descriptive approach was used in which questionnaires have been applied represent global standards for enrichment programs and the research sample of gifted students in AL-Baha area (n = 99 ), and supervisors for the institution of gifted female students care in AL-Baha (n = 3 ), and teachers of gifted students (n = 36 ). The importance of the research re-back to the vital role played by each of gifted female students , teachers and supervisors in the evaluation of enrichment programs offered to gifted female students which reflects the actual reality of these programs according to the universal or global standards especially with regard to enrichment programs .The results showed that the teachers have shown the average level of the reality of acceleration programs, and that gifted students and supervisors of gifted care institution have shown a high level of the reality of high enrichment programs according to the global standards.
