المستخلص: يعتبر موضوع البحث العلمي من المواضيع العالمية التي تكتسي أهمية بالغة، فهو يمثل مرتكز أساسي ومحوري للوصول إلى المعرفة والحقائق العلمية، ووضعها في إطار قواعد وقوانين ونظريات ونظم أساسية. وتخضع عملية إعداد البحث العلمي إلى أساليب وطرق علمية ومنطقية يجب احترامها والتقيد بها من طرف الباحثين ليتم إنجاز البحث العلمي بصورة واضحة وسليمة تسمح لكل متطلع عليه بفهم مضمونه، وتمر عملية إعداد البحث العلمي لعدة مراحل متسلسلة ومتتابعة ومكملة لبعضها البعض في تكوين البحث وإنجازه، وأهم هاته المراحل نجد مرحلة اختيار الموضوع أو بالأحرى تحديد المشكلة العلمية التي تتطلب حلا علميا لها بواسطة البحث والتحليل لاكتشاف الحقائق العلمية، وتفسيرها واستغلالها لحل الإشكالية. وتعتبر هذه المرحلة من أولى مراحل إعداد البحث العلمي وأهمها كما تعتبر الأكثر صعوبة، نظرا لتعدد واختلاف عوامل الاختيار، حيث توجد عوامل ذاتية كما توجد عوامل موضوعية تتحكم في العملية. ومنه تتجه الدراسة بالإجابة على الإشكالية التالية: ما مدى مساهمة تحديد المشكلة في اختيار الموضوع في البحث العلمي؟ وللإجابة على هاته الإشكالية اعتمدنا المنهج التحليلي الوصفي محاولين من خلاله تسليط الضوء على جميع جوانب الموضوع، وفقا لذلك سيتم تقسيم الدراسة لمبحثين وفق الآتي: المبحث الأول: العوامل الذاتية والموضوعية في اختيار موضوع البحث العلمي. المبحث الثاني: القواعد الأساسية في اختيار موضوع البحث وتحديد المشكلة.

The subject of scientific research is one of the global topics of great importance, as it represents a basic and pivotal basis for accessing knowledge and scientific facts, and placing them within the framework of rules, laws, theories and basic systems. The process of preparing scientific research is subject to scientific and logical methods and methods that must be respected and adhered to by researchers in order for scientific research to be completed in a clear and sound manner that allows each aspirant to understand its content. The process of preparing scientific research passes through several sequential, sequential and complementary stages to each other in the formation and completion of research, and the most important of these Stages We find the stage of choosing the topic, or rather defining the scientific problem that requires a scientific solution through research and analysis to discover scientific facts, interpret them and exploit them to solve the problem. This stage is considered one of the first and most important stages of preparing scientific research, as it is considered the most difficult, due to the multiplicity and different selection factors, as there are subjective factors as well as objective factors that control the process. Hence, the study aims to answer the following problem: What is the contribution of defining the problem in choosing a topic in scientific research? In order to answer this problem, we have adopted the descriptive analytical method, trying to shed light on all aspects of the subject. Accordingly, the study will be divided into two sections as follows: The first topic: subjective and objective factors in choosing the topic of scientific research. The second topic: defining the problem and the basic rules for choosing a research topic.
