|b As a marketing and management tool, internal marketing has been the subject of a wide variety of research works in recent years. The purpose of this article is to study the relationship between the elements of internal marketing and frontline employees within the private healthcare facilities in Algeria. To do this, we adopted a qualitative and exploratory study in order to determine the links between, on the one hand, the elements of internal marketing which are recruitment, training, empowerment, and internal communication and, on the other hand, the frontline employees working in the three private healthcare facilities in Bejaia province.

|d Outil marketing mais également outil de management, le marketing interne a fait l’objet de recherches fort diverses depuis quelques années. La finalité de cet article est d’étudier la relation entre les éléments du marketing interne et le personnel en contact au sein des établissements de santé privés en Algérie. Pour cela, nous avons adopté l’étude qualitative et exploratoire afin de déterminer les liens entre, d’une part, les éléments du marketing interne qui sont le recrutement, la formation, l’empowerment, et la communication interne, et d’autre part, le personnel en contact travaillant au sein des trois établissements de santé privés dans la wilaya de Bejaia.
