المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تحديد معوقات إنتاج المشدات المدعمة في مصر، تم وضع حلول لتلك المشكلات بما يتلاءم مع مصانع الملابس وإمكانياتها في مصر، تم تشكيل باترونات لثلاثة مشدات مدعمة تتوافر فيها الضبط الجيد وتصنيعها بالأسلوب الصناعي، وإعداد ملف فني تفصيلي لتشغيل كل مشد، وتم قياس آراء المنتجين تجاه المشدات المدعمة الثلاثة المنفذة في البحث. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي مع التطبيق، وتكونت عينة البحث من عينتين الأولى استطلاعية عددها (23) من العاملين في مصانع الملابس واللانجري والعاملين في المحلات التجارية والعاملين في الأتيليهات بهدف التعرف على حجم مشكلة البحث وأبعادها، والثانية العينة الأساسية عددها (14) من المنتجين في المصانع في مصر بهدف التعرف على آراءهم تجاه المشدات المدعمة المنتجة في البحث، وذلك عن طريق استبيان إلكتروني أعد لهذا الغرض، وقد اطلع أفراد العينة على الملفات الفنية للمشدات المنفذة قبل الإجابة على الاستبيان، توصلت النتائج إلى أن استجابات العاملين بقسم العينة كانت أفضل من استجابات مشرفي الجودة والإنتاج فيما يتعلق "بالملف الفني" ويمكن تفسير ذلك بأن إعداد الملف الفني من اختصاص قسم العينة وذلك يدل على أن الملف الفني متكامل مبني على أسس علمية وعملية صحيحة، وقد جاءت استجابات مشرفي الجودة والإنتاج أعلى من استجابات العاملين في قسم العينة فيما يخص "إمكانية التصنيع" وقد يرجع ذلك إلى الاحتكاك المباشر بين مشرفي الجودة والإنتاج والعملية الإنتاجية الفعلية مما يؤكد أن المشدات المدعمة المنفذة المقترحة قابلة للإنتاج الكمي بالأسلوب الصناعي، وكانت استجابات المنتجين اللذين كانت أعوام خبرتهم من 10 أعوام فأكثر أعلى من استجابات باقي المنتجين في محوري الاستبيان وقد يرجع ذلك إلى إلمام ذوي الخبرة الأكبر بالجوانب الفنية والتقنية لجميع مراحل الإنتاج، كما تبين من النتائج أن التصميم الثاني حاز على إعجاب أغلب المنتجين وقد يرجع ذلك إلى وجود خطوط قصات وبلينات أكثر مما يجعله أكثر جاذبية كما أن توزيع البلينات به يجعله ملائم لشد مناطق الجسم، وقد يشير ذلك أيضاً إلى أن التصميم مناسب للإنتاج الصناعي وقابل للتسويق في نظر عينة المنتجين.

The aim of the research is to identify the obstacles to the production of reinforced corsets in Egypt. Solutions to these problems have been developed in line with the garment factories and their capabilities in Egypt. Patrons were formed for three reinforced corsets that have good control and were manufactured in the industrial style, and a detailed technical file was prepared for the operation of each corset, and producers' opinions were measured towards the three reinforced corsets implemented in the research. The research followed the descriptive approach with the application. The research sample consisted of two samples, and the first was an exploratory sample numbering (23) of workers in clothing and lingerie factories, workers in shops, and workers in ateliers in order to identify the size and dimensions of the research problem and the second sample of the basic number (14) of producers in factories in Egypt to identify their opinions towards the reinforced braces produced in the research, through an electronic questionnaire prepared for this purpose. The sample members were briefed on the technical files of the executed corsets before answering the questionnaire. The results concluded that the employees' responses in the sample department were better than the responses of the quality and production supervisors with regard to the "technical file." This can be explained by the fact that preparing the technical file is within the competence of the sample department, which indicates that the technical file is integrated based on correct scientific and practical foundations. The responses of the quality and production supervisors were higher than the responses of the workers in the sample department with regard to "the possibility of manufacturing," and this may be due to the direct contact between the quality and production supervisors and the actual production process, which confirms that the proposed implemented reinforced corsets are capable of quantitative production in the industrial method. The responses of the producers whose years of experience were ten years or more were higher than the responses of the rest of the producers in the two points of the questionnaire. This may be due to the more experienced people's knowledge of the substantive and technical aspects of all production stages, as it was found from the results that the second design won the admiration of most of the producers. This may be due to the presence of more cut lines and balloons, which makes it more attractive, and the distribution of balloons makes it suitable for tightening areas of the body, and this may also indicate that the design is suitable for industrial production and marketable in the eyes of the sample of producers.
