1. The Muslim’s initiative and his earliness to the prayer at the beginning of its time is from the glorification of the value of prayer. 2. Furthermore, it is confirmed in the right of the Muslim not to miss it. 3. It is a must for the Muslim to avoid urgency when it comes to prayer, because it disturbs serenity and dignity; also because as long as he intends to pray; He is considered in prayer. 4. The separation of the Adhan and iqama is intended from the legislator for the imams to follow it. This is for the facilitation and expansion accompanied by kindness for the Muslims. 5. That the correct view is that it is preferable (mustahabb) for the Muslim to perform two rak’as before Maghrib prayer, however, not considering it as a Ratiba prayer. 6. That it is preferable (mustahabb) for the imam If the majority of the congregation attends his mosque, he should initiate the prayer. Thus, he should not delay starting it, because of the hardship it may have for the people attending the prayer. 7. If the imam is to be present alone in his mosque, and he hopes the presence of the congregation, then he should wait unless he fears time of the prayer would end. Because the congregational prayer is obligatory. 8. It is mustahabb for the Imam; Prolonging the recitation in the first rak’a of all the prayers, because this helps the worshipers to understand and realize it. Hence, they would not miss anything in their prayers. 9. It is preferable (mustahabb) for the Imam to wait for the congregation in the condition of standing in all rak’as, due to the benefit without difficulty. 10. It is preferable (mustahabb) for the Imam to wait for the congregation while performing Rukku in praying. It is the selection of a group of Imams of the Salaf and scholars, especially if it is the last rak’a, because if they perform it, then they get the merit of the congregation. 11. It is permissible for the imam to wait for the person praying behind him in the final tashahhud, for the benefit it has. Especially among those who say that the congregational prayer is accepted when a person attends the Takbirat-ul-Ihram before the last Tasleem by the imam. 12. It is not preferable (Makrooh) for the imam to wait for the person praying behind him while prostration, moderation, and the first tashahhud. There is no need for it, and because of the disturbance, it may cause. 13. The preferable (mustahabb) waiting in each situation is restricted by the convenience of the others and for it not being uncomfortable for them. 14. It is obvious from the discussion in this issue that the imam has to be kind with the congregation in his mosque. In addition, to take into consideration their conditions without hardship considering everyone due to it bringing hearts closer to each other. Hence, this is required for the integrity of the state of his mosque, especially the regularity of the congregation. The most important methods in treating this phenomenon are: adhering to the Qur’an and Sunnah, not being drawn into reading the suspicions of atheists, and asking the scholars if any suspicions raised were raised. 4. The prophetic method can be applied in our contemporary reality, that is by communicating with those who have been affected by some of these thoughts, and discussing it with them in kindness. 5. Highlighting the aspect of glorifying Allah Almighty is an important aspect in eliminating atheism. 6. Directing the families and their children towards glorifying Allah has the greatest impact in facing atheism.
