المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على ملامح نظام التعليم الماليزي ومبررات التنمية به، ودراسة واقع تنمية الموارد البشرية بالجامعات الماليزية، والتوصل إلى إجراءات مقترحة لتنمية الموارد البشرية بالجامعات المصرية في ضوء خبرة ماليزيا، واعتمد على المنهج الوصفي لدراسة المشكلة، وتوصل في نتائجه إلى مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة لتحقيق أهدافه، ومنها مشاركة عضو هيئة التدريس في وضع الخطط التدريبية وتحديد محتوى البرامج بما يلبي احتياجاته التدريبية، تلبية برامج التنمية الاحتياجات الحالية والمستقبلية للجامعة والكلية والقسم العلمي الذي ينتمي إليه عضو هيئة التدريس، تفعيل أسلوب البعثات الخارجية للجامعات العالمية والمراكز البحثية لنقل الخبرات وتنمية عضو هيئة التدريس، التعاون مع مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي والمراكز العالمية في التخطيط والتنظيم لبرامج التنمية.

The objectives of the current research are to identify the features of the Malaysian education system, the reasonable grounds of its development, and studying the status quo of the human resources development of the Malaysian universities, as well as reaching the proposed procedures so that the human resources of the Egyptian universities could be developed in the light of the Malaysian experiences. The current research adopted the descriptive method to describe the problem, and reaching- via its conclusions- to a set of proposed procedures in order to achieve its objectives including, the participation the faculty members in setting the training plans, identifying the program contents so that its training needs could be fulfilled, meeting the current and futuristic needs of the university, college and the scientific department which the faculty members belong to, the activation of the international universities and scientific research related abroad missions system in order to transfer the experiences, developing the faculty members, increasing the cooperation with the local community institutions and the international centers in planning and organizing the development programs.
