المستخلص: Cet article vise à montrer l'importance de l'utilisation des techniques d'échantillonnage pour améliorer la qualité totale dans les entreprises économiques, afin de prendre la bonne décision pour atteindre ses objectifs. Les résultats de l'étude ont montré que l'utilisation des techniques d'échantillonnage dans les entreprises économiques conduit à: l'économie dans le temps, les efforts et les coûts, réduction des ressources gaspillées, clarifier les faits liés au marché et améliorer la qualité du produit ou du service final; Cette étude a également conclu avec les recommandations suivantes:-La nécessité d'utilisation les techniques d'échantillonnage dans les entreprises économiques pour améliorer la qualité totale; -La nécessité de se tenir sur l'utilisation des techniques d'échantillonnage et de leur application, puis le compromis entre ces méthodes afin de prendre la bonne décision; -La nécessité d'utilisation les cartes de contrôler pour déterminer la variation entre les produits et de modifier ou de la réforme du produit ou du service final.

هدفت هذه المقالة إلى تبيان أهمية استخدام أساليب المعاينة في تعزيز الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسة الاقتصادية من أجل اتخاذ القرار الصحيح لتحقيق أهدافها. فأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن استخدام المؤسسة الاقتصادية لأساليب المعاينة يؤدي إلى: الاقتصاد في الوقت والجهد والتكاليف، خفض في الموارد المهدورة، إيضاح الحقائق المتعلقة بالسوق وتحسين من جودة المنتج أو الخدمة النهائية؛ كما خلصت هذه الدراسة بالتوصيات التالية: -ضرورة استخدام أساليب المعاينة في المؤسسة الاقتصادية من أجل تعزيز الجودة الشاملة؛ -ضرورة الوقوف على كيفية استخدام أساليب المعاينة وتطبيقها ومن ثم المفاضلة بين هذه الأساليب من أجل اتخاذ القرار الصحيح؛ -ضرورة استخدام خرائط السيطرة لتحديد التباين بين المنتجات وتعديل أو إصلاح المنتج أو الخدمة النهائية.

This article aims to demonstrate the importance of using sampling techniques for improving the total quality in economic institutions in order to make the right decision to achieve their objectives. Results of the study showed that the use of sampling techniques in economic institutions leads to: the economy at the time, effort and costs, reduction in wasted resources, clarify the facts relating to the market and improve the quality of the product or final service. This study also concluded with the following recommendations:-The need to use sampling techniques in economic institutions in order to promote the total quality; -The need to stand on how to use sampling techniques and their application and then the trade-off between these methods in order to make the right decision; -The need to use the control maps to determine the variation between products and modify or reform the final product or service.
