المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على طبيعة ضغوط العمل، وتأثيرها على أداء عضو هيئة التدريس بالجامعة لأدواره، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف فقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي من خلال تحليل الأدبيات والدراسات التي تناولت مفهوم ضغوط العمل، وأشكالها، وأسبابها، وإلقاء الضوء على أدوار عضو هيئة التدريس بالجامعة المنوط به القيام بها، واستخلاص أبرز مظاهر تأثير ضغوط العمل على أداء عضو هيئة التدريس بالجامعة لأدواره الثلاث، وتم عرض ما تم استخلاصه من هذه المظاهر على عينة مكونة من (١٠٠) عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية، الآداب، والتربية النوعية، والعلوم بجامعة الإسكندرية؛ وذلك للتعرف على آرائهم حول مظاهر تأثير ضغوط العمل على أداء عضو هيئة التدريس لأدواره الثلاث، ومن خلال التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود نسب اتفاق عالية بين أراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس على وجود مظاهر ضغوط العمل بدرجة كبيرة، وقد قامت الدراسة باقتراح مجموعة من السبل التي يمكن من خلالها التغلب على تأثيرات ضغوط العمل على أداء عضو هيئة التدريس لأدواره المختلفة، والإجراءات اللازمة لتطبيقها.

The study aimed to identify the nature of work pressures and their impact on the performance of the faculty member at the university for his roles, and to achieve this goal, the study used the descriptive approach by analyzing the literature and studies that dealt with the concept of work pressures, their forms, and their causes, and shed light on the roles of the faculty member in the university assigned to him Conducting them, and extracting the most prominent manifestations of the impact of work pressures on the performance of a faculty member at the university for his three roles, and the findings of these appearances were presented to a sample of (100) faculty members in the Faculties of Education, Arts, Specific Education, and Science at Alexandria University In order to get acquainted with their views on the aspects of the impact of work pressures on the performance of the faculty member in his three roles, and through the statistical analysis of the data, the study found that there are high rates of agreement among the opinions of faculty members on the presence of manifestations of work stress to a large extent, and the study suggested a set of ways that Through it, the effects of work pressures can be overcome on the performance of a faculty member in his various roles, and the necessary procedures for their implementation.
