المستخلص: سوف تبحث هذه المداخلة في تعلم اللغات الأجنبية في المراحل العمرية المبكرة وآثار ذلك على تعلم اللغة العربية، وعلى التنشئة الثقافية واللغوية للفرد، مع بيان بعض الحلول لذلك؛ لأن الإشكالية المطروحة هنا هي في كيفية تدخل اللغة والثقافة في عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية للفرد باعتبارهما ضابطين أو قانونين يأتيان لتأطير الفرد ومنحه في المقابل هوية تدرك بعبارات التماهي مع الوسط الذي يقبل هذا الفرد لغته واستعمالاتها؛ وإشكالية اللغة العربية التي تعيش في الوقت الراهن تدهورا على مستويات كثيرة، لا سيما في ظل المتغيرات الدولية الجديدة أو ما أصطلح على تسميته "بعصر العولمة" الذي باتت فيه هويات الشعوب الثقافية، لاسيما الهوية اللغوية مهددة بالتراجع إن لم نقل بالزوال والاندثار، وقد توصلت المداخلة إلى بعض الحلول والتوصيات لذاك.

Cette Intervention Examinera L'apprentissage Des Langues Etrangères A Ses Débuts Et Ses Conséquences Sur L'apprentissage De La Langue Arabe Et Sur L'éducation Culturelle Et Linguistique De L'individu, Avec Quelques Solutions, Car Le Problème Est Ici De Savoir Comment Interférer Avec La Langue Et La Culture Dans Le Processus De Socialisation De L'individu A L'avenir. Le Problème De La Langue Arabe, Qui Se Dégrade Actuellement A Plusieurs Niveaux, Notamment A La Lumière Des Nouvelles Variables Internationales Ou De Ce Que L'on Appelle L'ère De La Mondialisation « Qui Est Devenue L'identité Culturelle Des Peuples, En Particulier L'identité Linguistique Est Menacée De Se Retirer Sinon L'extinction Et L'extinction, A Atteint Une Intervention A Des Solutions Et Des Recommandations Pour Cela.

This research will examine the learning of foreign languages in the stages of early age and the effects of this on learning the Arabic language, and on the cultural and linguistic upbringing of the individual, with some solutions to this. The problem posed here is how language and culture intervene in the process of social upbringing of the individual as they are two rules or laws that come to frame the individual and give him in return an identity that recognizes in terms of identification with the medium in which this individual accepts his language and its uses and the problem of the Arabic language that currently lives is deteriorating on many levels especially in light of the new international changes or the so-called “era of globalization”, in which it has become the cultural identities of peoples especially the linguistic identity which is threatened with regression if we do not stop the end and extinction. The research brought some solutions and recommendations for that.
