المستخلص: The purpose of this article is to analyze the evolution of management control in hospitals in the current context where the management of our hospitals is insufficient, which is the black spot of this sector. The choice of a new effective management mode expresses a requirement for the organization. The implementation of a hospital management control establishes a rich and varied field of operation, due to the complexity of the organizations and the multitude of interlocutor of improve hospital governance. This research treats the management comptrollership function and profile as a manual to improve hospital management.

Cet article a pour but d’analyser l’évolution du contrôle de gestion à l’hôpital dans le contexte actuel ou la gestion de nos hôpitaux est insuffisante, qui est le point noir de ce secteur, le choix d’un nouveau mode de pilotage performant exprime une exigence pour l’organisation. La mise en place d’un contrôle de gestion hospitalier dresse un champ d’exploitation riche et varié, du fait de la complexité des organisations et de la multitude des interlocuteurs pour améliorer la gouvernance hospitalière. Cette recherche traite la fonction et le profil contrôleur de gestion comme un mode d’emploi afin d’améliorer la gestion hospitalière.
