|a كان اتحاد إيزابيل وريثة قشتالة وفرديناند وريث أراغون حصادا لدولة حديثة ضمت العديد من المشاريع والتخطيط: الوحدة الدينية والإقليمية، طرد اليهود، تأسيس المجمع المقدس وسياسة التفتيش، التوسع في الضفة الأخرى من البحر الأبيض المتوسط في إفريقيا كسياسة توسعية محدودة. اعتبر احتلال شمال إفريقيا كعملية حتمية بعد استرداد غرناطة فمن ذلك يمكننا القول فقط أن حلبة الصراع انتقلت إلى تلك الأراضي الإفريقية المسلمة. \nيهدف هذا المقال إلى توضيح هذا الجانب من التوسع والمحافظة على الهيمنة في منطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط، وضمان أمن سواحلها التي تتعرض لهجمات القراصنة بصفة مستمرة؛ فهدف فرديناند وإيزابيلا هو إحياء حملة صليبية ضد المسلمين وحلفائهم، وبهذا الحفاظ على الشعار السلام مع المسيح والحرب ضد العدو.

|f The alliance of Isabella I of Castile and Ferrando II d'Aragón was dug up for a modern state that included many projects and planning: religious and territorial unity, the expulsion of Jews, the establishment of the Holy Synod, inspection policy, expansion of the other bank of the Mediterranean in Africa as a limited expansionist policy. The occupation of North Africa was considered an inevitable process after the retrieving of Granada. Thus we can only say that the course of conflict moved to those African Muslim territories. \nThis article aims to illustrate this aspect of expansion and maintenance of dominance in the Mediterranean region and ensuring the security of its coasts, which are subject to continuous pirate attacks.
