The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used to analyze the data, and the factor analysis method and the Amos analysis method were used. The study reached a number of results, including: There is a partial relationship between strategic leadership and innovative performance, that the entrepreneurial culture does not modify the relationship between strategic leadership and performance. Innovative. The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between the innovation dimension and innovative performance, and there is no relationship between the dimension of risk acceptance and innovative performance. The study recommended the need to pay attention to adopting new ideas to support the innovative performance of banking services. It also recommended that banks accept new initiatives, even if their results are not guaranteed returns.

|a هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الريادة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها (الابتكار، قبول المخاطر) على الأداء الابتكاري بأبعادة (المرونة، الاستجابة) في ظل وجود ثقافة ريادية كدور معدل، دراسة ميدانية على بنك الخرطوم ويبنك فيصل الإسلامي- بمدينة الأبيض، حيث جاءت مشكلة الدراسة متمثلة في سؤال رئيس، ما أثر الريادة الاستراتيجية على الأداء الابتكاري في ظل وجود ثقافة ريادية كمتغيير معدل، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، اعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة المكون من (57) فردا تم اختيارهم جميعا عن طريق الحصر الشامل تم توزيع (57) استبانة عليهم وتم استردادها جميعا. تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات، كما تم استخدام أسلوب التحليل العاملي وأسلوب تحليل أموس، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها: توجد علاقة جزئية بين الريادة الاستراتيجية والأداء الابتكاري، أن الثقافة الريادية لا تعدل العلاقة بين الريادة الاستراتيجية والأداء الابتكاري. خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه توجد علاقة إيجابية بين بعد الإبتكار والأداء الابتكاري، ولا توجد علاقة بين بعد قبول المخاطر والأداء الابتكاري. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بتبني الأفكار الجديدة لدعم الأداء الابتكاري للخدمات االمصرفية، كما أوصت بتقبل المصارف المبادرات الجديدة وإن كانت نتائجها غير مضمونة العوائد.
