In this article we will deal with our questionnaire, with the aim of analyzing the training engineering approach in connection with the development of the skills of (103) trainees in a professional situation (MSP) where the trainee has returned to his work station after training theoretical (04) months at the IAP training center. According to the analysis of data from the survey carried out with the SPSS software, the pre-recruitment training was able to satisfy to a certain degree between the trainees trained on one side and the line managers on the other side, but it is necessary to take into consideration the points to be improved in the modules taught at the level of the Algerian Petroleum Institute (IAP), the program and the objectives of the training did not meet the expectations of the (59) trainees enough (57.8%). ), despite the adaptation of the training content to the expectations of the trainees collected before the training, and the lack of knowledge of its trainers vis-à-vis the recent technology of the GL3Z-SONATRACH Complex. Dans cet article nous traiterons notre questionnaire, pour objectif d’analyser la démarche d’ingénierie de formation en lien avec le développement des compétences des (103) stagiaires en situation professionnelle (MSP) ou le stagiaire a rejoint son poste de travail après une formation théorique de (04) mois au niveau du centre de formation IAP. D’après l’analyse des données issue de l’enquête réalisée avec le logiciel SPSS, la formation pré-recrutement a su satisfaire à un certain degré entre les stagiaires formés d’un côté et les responsables hiérarchiques d’un autre coté, mais il faut prendre en considération les points à améliorer dans les modules enseignés au niveau de L’Institut Algérienne du Pétrole (IAP), le programme et les objectifs de la formation répondaient assez peu aux attentes des (59) stagiaires soit (57,8%), malgré l’adaptation du contenu de la formation aux attentes des stagiaires recueillies avant la formation, et le manque de connaissance de ses formateurs vis-à-vis la technologie récente du Complexe GL3Z- SONATRACH. |
