المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى اعتماد الجالية العراقية في إسطنبول على الأعلام الرقمي في الحصول على المعلومات أثناء الأزمات. ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بشقيه المسح والتحليل، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة طبقا لأهدافها من أفراد الجالية العراقية المقيمين في مدينة إسطنبول التركية، حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها (٢٤٤) مبحوثا، وتم تطبيق ذلك من خلال تصميم استمارة استبيان ورقية مسحية تضمنت (١٧) سؤالا من الأسئلة ذات العلاقة بأهداف الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى استخدام أداة المقابلة. وضعت الباحثة مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات.

The study aimed to know the extent to which the Iraqi community in Istanbul relied on digital media to obtain information during crises. To achieve this, the descriptive approach was used in both sides of the survey and analysis, and the study population was represented according to its goals from the members of the Iraqi community residing in the Turkish city of Istanbul, where a simple random sample consisting of (244) respondents was chosen, and this was applied by designing a survey paper questionnaire consisting of (17). One of the questions related to the aims of the study, as well as to the use of the interview. The study reached many results, the most important of which are: 1- The female participation rate was greater than the male, and this indicates the high number of members of the Iraqi community who are female migrants since 2014 due to sectarian events that led to families moving their families, especially females, to neighboring countries for fear of being harmed.- There is no statistical significance between males and females in relying on the digital media for the Iraqi community in Istanbul, which indicates that females and males depend on a similar level of digital media to obtain information.- There is a common interest between males and females in supporting the causes of the homeland and the citizen and that their national interests and impulses are almost equal and they behave in a similar manner when exposed to digital media. One of the main reasons for the respondents' reliance on digital media was to search for current events in Iraq by a percentage (18.7%). 2- The sample members have the desire to establish a dialogue via digital media in a very large percentage (49.5%) and have the ability to express opinions and dialogue on political, economic and social issues. 3- The sample members depend on Facebook (first rank) with a percentage (57.4%), and this result shows that the public still depends on Facebook pages to receive news and information about the surrounding environment. The majority of the research sample uses smart phones to access the Internet at a percentage (47.9%)
