520 |a إن القرآن الكريم، هو دستور المسلمين الخالد، الذي تعبدنا ربنا به، وأمرنا بترتيله وتدبره والتفكر فيه، ولا يتأتى هذا الأمر إلا بقراءاته على الوجه الذي أنزل، وتلقاه النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) من الوحي، وتلقاه الصحابة رضي الله عنهم من النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم)، مرتلا مجودا ملحنا بلسان عربي مبين، مع حسن صوت وأداء حسن، والنبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) حث على ذلك في أحاديث كثيرة، أعني التغني وتحسين الصوت إلا أن العلماء قديما وحديثا اختلفوا في معنى التغني المذكور في الأحاديث وعلاقته بالألحان، فنتج عن ذلك كراهة بعضهم التغني بالقرآن والقراءة بالألحان، بل وتحريم بعضهم لذلك، ولتعلق هذا الموضوع بالقرآن الكريم، والحاجة إلى معرفة هدي النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) في تلاوة القرآن وتعليم القرآن، وصحابته والتابعين، ولقلة التصنيف في هذا الموضوع وندرته، مع أهميته، وكذلك الحاجة إلى معرفة الحد الفاصل بين المباح والممنوع في التغني بالقرآن والقراءة بالألحان. ومن هذا المنطلق جاء البحث في هذا الموضوع، وهو (التغني بالقرآن والقراءة بالألحان بين المشروع والممنوع). وتتكون خطة البحث من مقدمة، وأربعة فصول، وخاتمة، ومنهجي في البحث، وفهارس، وذلك على النحو التالي: المقدمة: وتحوي بيانا بأهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، وأهدافه، والجديد في البحث، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث. تحتوي على فصول في كيفية قراءة النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) وفيه مباحث. وفصل في التغني ونشأته وفيه مباحث، وفصل في اللحن ونشأته وفيه مباحث. والأخير في فصل النزاع وبيان القول الراجح، ثم خاتمة ضمنت فيها أهم التوصيات والنتائج التي توصلت إليها. 
520 |b The Noble Qur’an is the eternal constitution of Muslims, which our Lord worshiped us with, and he commanded us to recite it, contemplate it and think about it, and this matter is only possible through its readings in the manner that was revealed, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, received it from the revelation, and the Companions-may God be pleased with them-received it from the Prophet, prayers. God, peace be upon him, is a recital of a mujod-composer with a clear Arabic tongue, with a good voice and a good performance, and the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, urged that in many hadiths-I mean singing and improving the voice - but scholars, in the past and present, differed in the meaning of the ahaadeeth mentioned in the hadiths and its relationship to the melodies. This resulted in the dislike of some of them singing the Qur’an and reciting with melodies, and even the prohibition of some of them, and for this topic to be attached to the Holy Qur’an, and the need to know the guidance of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, in reciting the Qur’an and teaching the Qur’an, and his companions and followers, and the lack of classification on this topic and its scarcity, with its importance, as well as the need to know the guidance of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, in reciting the Qur’an and teaching the Qur’an. The need to know the boundary between permissible and forbidden in singing the Qur’an and reciting melodies. From this point of view came the research on this topic, which is (singing the Qur’an and reciting with melodies between the lawful and the forbidden). The research plan consists of an introduction, four chapters, a conclusion, a methodology in the research, and indexes, as follows: Introduction: It contains a statement of the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, its objectives, new research, previous studies, and the research plan. It contains chapters on how to read the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and it includes discussions. A chapter on mantras and its upbringing, and it includes investigations, and a chapter on the melody and its origin, and it includes discussions. And the last in the separation of the conflict and the statement of the preponderant statement, then a conclusion in which I included the most important recommendations and the results I reached.
