المستخلص: الفصل الأول: إن ظاهرة الضعف في التعبير باللغة العربية الفصيحة والضعف في اللغة عامة ظاهرة ملموسة بين عامة المتعلمين في البلاد العربية، وربما كان من مظاهر هذا الضعف قلة الإنتاج الفكري أو الثقافي الرصين الأمر الذي تلمس آثاره واضحة تداخل العامية مع الفصيحة، والعربية مع الأجنبية الذي نشهده في أحاديث ومناقشات كثير من المعلمين (شعيب، 2008، 37) ولا يتم تعلم اللغة العربية إلا بامتلاك التلميذ فنونها ومهاراتها، ويحتل التعبير المركز الأعلى في هرم تعلم المهارات والقدرات اللغوية؛ لأن التلميذ يقوم في أثناء التعبير بعدة عمليات ذهنية فهو يسترجع المفردات بالعودة إلى ثروته اللغوية ليختار من بينها الألفاظ التي يؤدي بها فكرته، وبعد ذلك يعيد ترتيب المفردات والأفكار ليخرجها على شكل نتاج لفظي أو كتابي معبر عن المعنى الذي يريده (زايد 2009، ص 11). هدف البحث: إعداد دليل مقترح لمعلمي اللغة العربية لتعليم مادة التعبير في الصف الخامس الابتدائي. حدود البحث: معلمو اللغة العربية للصف الخامس الابتدائي في محافظات العراق للعام الدراسي 2020_2021 الفصل الثاني: دراسات سابقة تناول الباحثان في هذا الفصل بعض الدراسات السابقة التي تناولت التعبير بالبحث والدراسة، للإفادة مما جاء فيها. الفصل الثالث: المنهج الوصفي. مجتمع البحث: يشمل مجتمع البحث الحالي معلمي اللغة العربية في مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية. أداة البحث: اعتمد الباحثان الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لبحثهما، إذ إنها من الوسائل الشائعة والبارزة في جمع المعلومات والبيانات في البحوث التربوية التي تتعلق بالآراء والاتجاهات للحصول على حقائق تتعلق بالظروف والأساليب القائمة فعلا، زيادة على سهولة وضع فقراتها وترتيبها، وترتيب نتائجها، وتفسير بياناتها (داود، 1990، ص 92). 5 -صدق الأداة: حصل الباحثان على صدق ظاهريا لأداتهما وهي 85% وهي نسبة جيدة للبحث الفصل الرابع يعرض الباحثان النتيجة التي توصلا إليها، وهي الدليل الذي بنياه بمفاصله ومضامينه وتفصيلاته، بعد أن حصل على صدقه من الخبراء، في ثنايا البحث لان في هذا الملخص لا يناسب ذكره. الفصل الخامس: الاستنتاجات: 1-إمكانية إتقان درس التعبير في المرحلة الابتدائية من طريق اتباع الخطوات العلمية الرصينة في بناء قدرات التلامذة التعبيرية 2-عدم وجود خطة استراتيجية أو دليل في درس التعبير يؤدي إلى عدم تحقيق الأهداف التوصيات: يوصي الباحثان في هذا الفصل بعض التوصيات هي: 1-توزيع الدليل على شكل كراس على معلمي اللغة العربية. 2-توظيف مصادر التعلم وتكنولوجيا التعليم في حصة التعبير. المقترحات: يقترح الباحثان ما يأتي: 1-بناء دليل لمدرسي التعبير للمرحلة المتوسطة 2-إجراء دراسة لمعرفة علاقة التعبير بالاستراتيجيات الحديثة في التعليم.

Chapter One: The phenomenon of weakness in expression in fluent Arabic and weakness in the language in general is a tangible phenomenon among the educated public in the Arab countries, and perhaps one of the manifestations of this weakness is the lack of sober intellectual or cultural production, the effects of which are clearly seen as the overlap of the colloquial with the classical and the Arabic with the foreign which We see it in the conversations and discussions of .many teachers (Shuaib, 2008, 37) The Arabic language is only learned through the student’s possession of its arts and skills, and expression occupies the highest position in the hierarchy of learning skills and linguistic abilities. Because the student performs, during the expression, several mental processes, he retrieves the vocabulary by returning to his linguistic wealth to choose from among them the words with which he leads his idea, and then he rearranges the vocabulary and ideas to come out. in the form of a verbal or written product expressing the meaning he wants (Zayed, 2009, p.11) Research objective: To prepare a proposed guide for Arabic language teachers to teach expression at the elementary level. Research boundaries: Arabic language teachers in the governorates of Iraq for the academic year 2020-2021 Chapter Two: Previous Studies In this chapter, the two researchers deal with some previous studies that dealt with expression through research and study, in order to benefit from what was stated in them, and summarize :them as follows 1-Advocacy Study (1991) (Exposing and correcting the foundations that teachers for the tenth grade in Jordan's public schools depend on when choosing topics of expression). This study aimed to uncover the foundations on which teachers of the tenth grade in Jordan's public schools depend upon when selecting subjects of expression, and correcting them. The study sample consisted of all teachers who teach Arabic for the tenth grade in the schools of the Directorate of Education in Irbid Governorate, for the academic year (1990 - 1991), and to achieve this, the researcher constructed a questionnaire consisting of (37) items, which contained a set of wrong practices, which are used by teachers as foundations from their point of view. Some statistical methods were used, namely the Pearson correlation coefficient, the Fisher equation, and the percentage weight The results of the analysis of variance showed that there are no statistically significant differences, at level (05) and (0), attributable to academic qualification and years of experience, in relation to the testing process and the correction .process 2- The Jacob Study 1998 (Determining the weaknesses of seventh-grade students in the use of tools to link sentences) This study aimed to identify the weaknesses of the seventh graders in The use of linking tools between sentences, which represent one of the most important general written expression skills, and to achieve this, a test was designed divided into two parts: the first contained (26) paragraphs, and the second contained (7) paragraphs, in order to measure students ’knowledge of the different communication tools, and their ability to use and employ them in a manner. Sound in expression. The sample of the study consisted of (334) male and female students, half of which were males, and the other half were females from the seventh grade students in UNRWA schools in Jordan, Syria and Lebanon. In the students' use of different tools of connection. Chapter Three: The Descriptive Approach. Research community: The current research community includes Arabic language teachers in primary schools. Research tool: The two researchers adopted the questionnaire as a main tool for their research, as it is one of the most common and prominent means of collecting information and data in educational research related to opinions and trends to obtain facts related to the conditions and methods already in place, in addition to the ease of laying out its paragraphs, arranging them, arranging their results, and interpreting their data (David , 1990, p. 92). 5- Validity of the tool: The two researchers obtained the ostensibly validity of their - instruments, which is 85%, which is a good percentage for the research Chapter Four: The two researchers present the result they reached, which is the evidence that they built with its details, contents and details, after having obtained its validity from experts, in the folds of the research, because this summary does not fit the mention. Chapter: V Conclusions: 1- The possibility of mastering the expression lesson in the elementary stage by following the sober scientific steps in building students' expressive abilities 2- The absence of a strategic plan or evidence in the expression lesson leads to failure to achieve the goals Recommendations: In this chapter, the two researchers recommend some recommendations 1- Distributing the guide in the form of a booklet to Arabic language teachers. 2- Employing learning resources and educational technology in the expression class. Suggestions: The researchers suggest the following 1- Building a guide for teachers of expression for middle school 2- Conducting a study to find out the relationship of expression with modern strategies in education.
