|a تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على ما إذا كانت لأخلاقيات المهنة تأثير على التسيير الإداري بالمؤسسة الرياضية. ولهذا الغرض استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي على عينة متكونة من ١٣ إداري تم اختيارها بشكل قصدي ولجمع البيانات استخدمنا أداة الاستبيان، تم التوصل بأن كل مؤسسة رياضية ناجحة تحترم أخلاقيات المهنة والتي لها تأثير على التسيير الإداري كما أن الاتصاف بها يساهم في تغير السلوك التنظيمي للأفضل وأن عقبات تطبيقها يؤثر سلبا على التسيير الإداري وعلى هذا الأساس أوصت الدراسة بضرورة وضع برامج فعالة ومعايير أخلاقية للوظيفة العامة وإلزام المنظمات بها للقضاء على مختلف المظاهر السلبية.

|b The Study aims to find out whether professional ethics have an impact on administrative management in sports establishments, for this purpose, we used the method of the descriptive approach on a sample composed of 13 agents chosen as intentionally; for data collection, we used a survey (questionnaire). We concluded. that every successful sport institution respects professional ethics and it contributes to change organizational behavior for the better. and that the obstacles to its implementation negatively affect administrative management, the study led us to the necessity of developing effective programs and ethical standards of public and compel organizations to it to eliminate various negative manifestation if appears.
