للعملية التعليمية ثلاثة أركان أساسية وهي المعلم والتلميذ والمعرفة، إلا أنه يمكن اعتبار الإدارة ركنا رابعا لها، وللإدارة التعليمية جهود ونشاطات مستقلة يقوم بها الفريق الإداري العامل بالمدرسة الابتدائية ويرأسه مدير المدرسة وهو الذى يهتم بكل الشؤون الخاصة بالمؤسسة. ويعتبر مدير المدرسة الابتدائية أهم عنصر وأهم شخص وتقع عليه مهمة دفع المدرسة نحو الأحسن ومحاولة الوصول إلى الأهداف والغايات المسطرة، فهو العقل المدبر والمخطط والقائد على سير العملية التربوية على أكلم وجه عن طريق تحفيز كل الأطراف الفاعلة في المدرسة. هدف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى توضيح أهمية درجة تطبيق مديري مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية في دولة الكويت لمبادئ الإدارة التعليمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وكان من أهم استنتاجات البحث: في ضوء ما توصل إليه الباحثان من نتائج وفي ضوء عرض ومناقشة النتائج أستنتج الباحثان الآتي: • أن تطبيق مديري مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت لمبادئ الإدارة التعليمية يتم في النقاط التالية: - يتصرف مدير المدرسة بطريقة توضح أنه المسؤول في المدرسة. - يحرص مدير المدرسة على استخدام الصلاحيات المخولة له. وكان من أهم توصيات البحث: في ضوء ما توصل إليه الباحثان من نتائج وفي ضوء عرض ومناقشة النتائج والاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها الباحثان يوصى الباحثان بالآتي: • يجب على مدير المدرسة أن يطلع على تجارب بعض المؤسسات في الإدارة التعليمية • يجب على مدير المدرسة أن يؤمن بجدوى تحديد إمكانيات المدرسة المادية والبشرية قبل التخطيط.
The educational process has three basic pillars, namely the teacher, the student and knowledge, but the administration can be considered a fourth pillar for it, and the educational administration has independent efforts and activities carried out by the administrative team working in the elementary school headed by the school director who is concerned with all the affairs of the institution. The principal of the elementary school is considered the most important element and the most important person, and he has the task of pushing the school towards the best and trying to reach the goals and objectives established, as he is the mastermind, planner and leader of the educational process in the fullest way by motivating all the actors in the school. Research objective: The research aims to clarify the importance of the degree of application of primary school principals in the State of Kuwait to the principles of educational administration from the teachers' point of view. Among the most important conclusions of the research were: In light of the researchers ’findings and in light of presenting and discussing the results, the two researchers concluded the following: • That the primary school principals in the State of Kuwait apply the principles of educational administration in the following points: - The principal is behaving in a way that makes clear that he is in charge of the school. - The school principal is keen to use the powers delegated to him. Among the most important recommendations of the research were: In light of the findings of the researchers and in the light of presenting and discussing the findings and conclusions reached by the researchers, the researchers recommend the following: • The school principal must familiarize himself with the experiences of some institutions in educational administration. • The school principal must believe in the feasibility of determining the physical and human capabilities of the school before planning.
