المستخلص: La présente étude contient les principales bases de la rhétorique étudiées par «Ibn El Athir» dans son ouvrage intitulé: «l’exemple (l’usage) répandu dans la littérature de l’écrivain et du poète». Ibn El Athir est un écrivain unique, de par ses caractéristiques distinguées, sa pensée critique et sa littérature éloquente, il a veillé à mettre en évidence ses opinions linguistiques et littéraires, tirant profit de ceux qui étaient avant lui parmi les noms les plus éminents en langue et en rhétorique, tout en ajoutant ce qu’il a jugé être convenable dans le domaine de l’écriture et ses règles, avec ce qu’on doit adopter comme types d’élocutions et de rhétorique pour donner à l’écriture la beauté du style ainsi elle deviendra un moyen d’argument merveilleux pour tout homme de lettres qui tend à convaincre et à innover dans l’argumentation.

This study contains the main bases of rhetoric studied by "Ibn El Athir" in his book "example (use) common in the literature of the writer and poet." Ibn El Athir is a unique writer, with its distinguished features, critical thinking and eloquent literature, he made sure to highlight linguistic and literary opinions, taking advantage of those before him among the most prominent names in language and rhetoric, adding that he found to be suitable in the field of writing and rules, with what must adopt as types of utterances and rhetoric to give writing beauty style and it will become a wonderful way for any argument writer tends to convince and to innovate in the argument.

تتضمن هذه الدراسة أهم الأسس البلاغية التي تناولها ابن الأثير في مصنفه "المثل السائر في أدب الكاتب والشاعر" إذ يعد ابن الأثير مؤلفاً متفرداً بسماته المتميزة وبتفكيره النقدي وتحليله البلاغي، وقد حرص على إبراز آرائه اللغوية والأدبية، مستفيداً ممن سبقه من أعلام اللغة والبلاغة، ومضيفاً ما رآه مناسباً في مجال الكتابة وقواعدها وما يجب أن نعتمده من صنوف البيان والبديع لإكسابها الجمالية الأسلوبية فتكون وسيلة حجاجية بديعة لكل أديب يرنو إلى الإقناع والتفنن في المحاججة.
