المستخلص: أهداف الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد تصور مقترح في علم النفس الصناعي لطلاب المدارس الثانوية الصناعية وتنمية المفاهيم النفسية لدى طلاب المدارس الثانوية الصناعية. مجموعة الدراسة: اشتملت على (30) طالبة كمجموعة تجريبية درست وحدة (دوافع وانفعالات السلوك الانساني) لبناء المقرر المقترح في علم النفس الصناعي من طالبات الصف الثاني الثانوي بمدرسة الثانوية الصناعية بنات بأسيوط-إدارة اسيوط التعليمية، الفصل الدراسي الاول للعام الدراسي 2020/2021. اجراءات الدراسة: تم إعداد إطار نظري في علم النفس الصناعي، متطلبات سوق العمل، المفاهيم النفسية، وكذلك تم إعداد مواد الدراسة وأدواتها والتي شملت قائمة لتحديد متطلبات سوق العمل بلغت (31) متطلباً) قائمة لتحديد المفاهيم النفسية بوحدة دوافع وانفعالات السلوك الانساني لطلاب المدارس الثانوية الصناعية بلغت (39) مفهوماً، تصور لمقرر مقترح في علم النفس الصناعي، دليل المعلم لتدريس وحدة الدراسة مصاغا وفقا لبناء المقرر المقترح، اختبار تحصيلي للمفاهيم النفسية. نتائج الدراسة: توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن فاعلية المقرر المقترح في تدريس مادة علم النفس الصناعي له أثر واضح كما جاء بالنتائج التالي: - وجود فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين متوسطي درجات طالبات مجموعة الدراسة في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لمجموع وأبعاد اختبار المفاهيم النفسية وذلك عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) لصالح متوسط درجات الطالبات في التطبيق البعدي حيث بلغت قيمة (ت) لمجموع درجات الاختبار (47.68). - وقد تم حساب قيمة حجم الاثر باستخدام معادلة إيتا تربيع بلغت قيمتها (0.84) مما يدل على وجود أثر للمقرر المقترح في علم النفس الصناعي ساهم في تنمية المفاهيم النفسية بشكل فعال.

Study Title :-A proposed course in industrial psychology in light of the requirements of the labor market to develop some psychology concepts among industrial high school students. Objectives of the study:- The study aimed to prepare a proposed concept in industrial psychology for industrial high school students and to develop psychosocial concepts among industrial high school students. Study group:- It included 30 students as an experimental group, that studied the unit of motivations and emotions of human behaviour by building the proposed course for industrial psychology from secondary school students at the industrial secondary school for Girls in Assiut, Assiut Educational Administration in the First semester of the academic year (2020 - 2021). Study procedures:- A theoretical framework was prepared on industrial psychology, labor market requirements in psychology concepts, as well as the preparation of study materials and tools, which included a list to defined psychological concepts with a unit of motivations and emotions of human behaviour for industrial high school students amounting to 39 concepts, and another to determine the requirements of the labor market amounted to 31 requirements in the course proposed in industrial psychology. The teacher's guide for teaching the study unit is formatted according to the proposed course building in the achievement selection of psychological concepts. Results of the study: The study found the following results: The effectiveness of the proposed course in teaching the subject of industrial psychology has a clear effect as it came with following results The presence of a stastically significant difference between the mean scores of the study group students in the pre and post applications of the sum and dimensions of the selection psychological concepts at a significant level (0-01) in favor of the average scores of the students in the two dimensional applications where the value of (T) for the total selection scores was(68 and 47). The value of the effect size was calculated using the ita-squared equation and its value was (0.84) indicating the presence of an effect of the proposed course in industrial psychology contribute to the effective development of psychological concepts.
