المستخلص: L’objectif de cette étude est de connaître la réalité de la responsabilité environnementale de l’entreprise algérienne- FERTIAL- Annaba à partir des trois composants cognitifs de la mémoire organisationnelle: la connaissance tacite des individus, la culture de l’entreprise, la connaissance explicite dans l’entreprise afin de déterminer si ces trois composants cognitifs rendent cette entreprise responsable de son environnement

تهدف هذه الدراسة الميدانية إلى محاولة التعرف على واقع المسؤولية البيئية في الذاكرة التنظيمية لإحدى المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية (مؤسسة FERTIAL— عنابة)، وذلك عبر المكونات المعرفية الثلاث للذاكرة التنظيمية المتمثلة في معرفة العمال، ثقافة المنظمة والمعرفة الصريحة المسجلة في المنظمة. والتعرف على ما إذا كانت هذه المكونات تسهم في جعل المؤسسة محل الدراسة مؤسسة مسؤولة بيئيا.

This empirical study, which took place in one of the leading Algerian industrial companies: FERTIAL ANNABA, tries to closely explore and examine the reality and state of the so-called: environmental responsibility throughout the three components of the organizational memory i.e individual; corporate culture; corporate documents. This paper further examines the efficiency of the organizational memory in implementing this environmental responsibility and whether these three components make the company environmentally responsible.
