المستخلص: This study attempts to shed light on the environmental management system , a keynote orientation was given to industrial companies in the embodiment of environmental responsibility , from the premise that the application of the environmental management systemis considered as an important step for the institution to take the full responsibility towards protecting the environment , to this end we interviewed the relevant staff in ‘FERTIAL agricultural fertilisers ‘ institution which is active in the industry of agricultural fertilizers and pesticides in ANNABA , on the basis of a questionnaire including questions seeking for the reality of the environmental management system application and the extent of its contribution in the embodiment of environmental responsibility in the institution.
