المستخلص: Cette étude visait à identifier le rôle de la mesure équilibrée de la performance dans l'amélioration de l'avantage concurrentiel des employés de la société de télécommunications Mobilis et Bashar Agency. L'approche descriptive et analytique a été utilisée pour tester les hypothèses de l'étude, tandis que les données ont été collectées à l'aide d'un questionnaire conçu à cet effet. Nous avons identifié la population étudiée parmi les employés de l'Autorité de surveillance financière, et un échantillon de 70 employés a été sélectionné, où cette relation a été testée à l'aide du programme statistique spss19, et l'étude a conclu qu'il y avait un effet positif de la mesure du rendement équilibré dans ses différentes dimensions sur l'avantage concurrentiel de l'institution étudiée.

This study aimed to identify the role of balanced performance measurement in enhancing the competitive advantage of the employees of the telecommunications company Mobilis and Bashar Agency. The descriptive analytical approach was used to test the study hypotheses, while the data were collected by using a questionnaire designed for this purpose. We have identified the study population from the employees of the Financial Control Authority, and a sample of 70 employees was selected, where this relationship was tested using the statistical program spss19, and the study concluded that there is a positive impact of balanced performance measurement in its various dimensions on the competitive advantage of the institution under study.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف دور القياس المتوازن للأداء في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية لدى موظفي شركة الاتصالات موبيليس وكالة بشار، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة، بينما تم جمع البيانات من خلال استخدام استبانة تم تصميمها لهذا الغرض. وقد حددنا مجتمع الدراسة من موظفي مصلحة الرقابة المالية، وتم اختيار عينة منهم بلغ حجمها 70 موظف، أين تم اختبار هذه العلاقة باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي spss19، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد تأثير إيجابي للقياس المتوازن للأداء بأبعاده المختلفة على الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة.
