المستخلص: One of the most important initiatives and repercussions that modern ICT has created to society in the business field is the emergence of States' interest in moving to the so-called digital organization and using technology to serve organizational structures and ways of doing business. This tremendous development in the field of information and communication technology has prompted health institutions to benefit from the opportunities offered by modern technology tools to enhance their competitiveness and improve their services. The study aims to highlight e-business and its contribution to improving health services in addition to identifying Estonia's successful experience in the field of e-health while revealing the reality of using e-business in health services in Algeria. من أهم المبادرات والتداعيات التي أفرزتها تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات الحديثة للمجتمع في مجال الأعمال بروز اهتمام الدول بالانتقال إلى ما يسمى بالمنظمة الرقمية، وتوظيف التقنية لخدمة هياكل المنظمات وطرق أداء الأعمال، وقد دفع هذا التطور الهائل في مجال تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات نحو استفادة المؤسسات الصحية من الفرص التي توفرها الأدوات التقنية الحديثة، لتعزيز مكانتها التنافسية وتحسين خدماتها المقدمة ، وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الأعمال الإلكترونية ومدى مساهمتها في تحسين الخدمات الصحية بالإضافة إلى التعرف على تجربة استونيا الناجحة في مجال الصحة الإلكترونية مع الكشف عن واقع استخدام الأعمال الإلكترونية في الخدمات الصحية بالجزائر.

L'une des initiatives les plus importantes et les implications des technologies de l’information et de la télécommunication modernes pour la communauté dans le domaine des affaires, suscitent l’intérêt des pays pour passera l’organisation dite numérique. L'utilisation de la technologie numérique peut servir les structures organisationnelles et encourage le monde des affaires. Cette évolution dans le domaine des TIC a conduit les établissements de santé à tirer parti des possibilités offertes par les nouveaux outils techniques pour améliorer leur compétitivité et améliorer leurs services. Cette étude a pour objet de mettre en évidence le rôle des affaires électroniques et sa contribution à l'amélioration des services de santé, elle a, en outre, pour objectif de présenter l'expérience de l'Estonie dans le domaine de la santé électronique et de révéler la réalité de l'utilisation du commerce électronique dans les services de santé en Algérie.
