المستخلص: Aujourd’hui, on constate que La société algérienne connait depuis ces dernières années des changements ou transformations sociales, incluant toutes les institutions sociales, y compris l'établissement de l’éducation à travers les différentes phases ou étapes du processus de l’enseignement. Ainsi l'école algérienne est devenue aujourd'hui le théâtre de comportements violents ancrées dans la culture de notre société. Ces comportements se reflètent en des actes de violence sous diverses formes ainsi que la participation de plusieurs acteurs ; que se soit l’enseignant, l’administration ou l’élève. Dans cette optique, nous insisterons -dans cet article- sur les facteurs inhérents à la recrudescence et la propagation du phénomène de la violence dans l’école algérienne en particulier.

لقد عرف المجتمع الجزائري في السنوات الأخيرة عدة تغيرات وتحولات اجتماعية، شملت جميع المؤسسات الاجتماعية بما في ذلك المؤسسة التربويـة بكل أطوارها ومراحلها التعليمية، حيث أصبحت المدرسة الجزائرية اليوم مسرحا لحدوث سلوكات عنيفة ترسخت في ثقافة مجتمعنا، وتتجلى هذه السلوكات في أعمال العنف بمختلف أشكالها وتعدد مرتكبيهـا حيث اشترك فيها المعلم والإداري والتلميذ. من هذا المنطلق سوف نركز في هـذا المقال على العوامـل الكامنة وراء انتشار ظاهرة العنف في المدرسة الجزائرية.

Algerian society has, in recent years, undergone several changes and social transformations, touching all social institutions including the educational institutions in all their levels and stages of education. As a result schools have become the scene of violent behaviour established in the culture of our society and the behaviour in the form of violence involving teachers; employees and pupils. It is the aim of this article to look at the factors behind the phenomenon of violence in Algerian schools.
