المستخلص: The imagination skill for a TV communication person is one of the most important communication techniques that require great control, if he wants to achieve high degrees of effectiveness, especially since he cannot monitor and control the reverberation during this indirect communication process. This requires seeking new knowledge and techniques to help him achieve his goals. This purpose has prompted us to try to draw attention to a new field, whose psychological communicative approaches can be benefited from, which is Neuro Linguistic Programming, especially with regard to anchor technology and its uses in developing internal communication skills in the field of strengthening the ability to imagine and portraying communicative situations performatively to reach the highest levels of interactivity with the audience. تعتبر مهارة التخيل بالنسبة لرجل الاتصال التلفزيوني من أهم التقنيات الاتصالية التي تستلزم تحكما كبيرا، إذا أراد أن يصل إلى درجات عالية من الفعالية، خاصة وأنه لا يتمكن من مراقبة وضبط رجوع الصدى خلال هذه العملية الاتصالية غير المباشرة. وهو ما يتطلب البحث عن معارف وتقنيات جديدة تساعده على تحقيق أهدافه. دفعنا هذا الغرض إلى محاولة لفت الانتباه إلى مجال جديد، يمكن الاستفادة من تناولاته الاتصالية النفسية، ألا وهو البرمجة اللغوية العصبية، خاصة فيما تعلق بتقنية المراسي واستخداماتها في تطوير مهارات الاتصال الداخلي في مجال تدعيم القدرة على التخيل وتصوير المواقف الاتصالية أدائياً للوصول إلى أعلى درجات التفاعلية مع المتلقين.

L'imagination… cette compétence qui nécessite chez les animateurs professionnels de la télévision, un certain savoir-faire, une habilité, un contrôle des émotions, permettant une liaison d’interaction avec un publique hétérogène, sans pouvoir observer ni contrôler ses réactions, au sein d’une communication indirecte. Cette situation qui exige fortement l’acquisition de savoirs spécifiques et de nouvelles techniques, nous a pousser a faire attirer l’attention vers un nouveau domaine a caractère psychologique, qui est: la programmation neuro-linguistique (PNL), précisément la technique de l’encrage et ces utilisations pour le développement d’une grande capacité de l’imagination et de bien interpréter les différents situations communicationnelles, afin d’arriver a une interactivité à grande effet sur les récepteurs.
