المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتطبيق إدارة الجودة البيئية الشاملة بمدارس التعليم العام بجمهورية مصر العربية في ضوء معايير الأيزو 14001، واستخدم البحث منهج البحث الوصفي بالطريقة المسحية المعتمدة على استخدام الإستبان المقنن، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في إستبان واقع إدارة الجودة البيئة الشاملة بمدارس التعليم العام بجمهورية مصر العربية، التي تكونت من محورين محور درجة تطبيق معايير نظم إدارة الجودة البيئة بالمدرسة، ومحور معوقات تطبيق معايير نظم إدارة الجودة البيئة الشاملة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عدد 348 من المعلمين والإداريين والموجهين بمدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة الجيزة، وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى أن درجة تطبيق معايير نظم إدارة الجودة البيئية الشاملة بالمدرسة بجمهورية مصر العربية كان إجمالا بدرجة "منخفضة" حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (1.551)، كما أن درجة حدة معوقات تطبيق إدارة الجودة البيئية الشاملة بمدارس التعليم العام بجمهورية مصر العربية من وجهة نظر المشاركين في الدراسة في بعد المعوقات الفردية كان إجمالا بدرجة "متوسطة" حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (2.117).، وأن درجة حدة معوقات تطبيق إدارة الجودة البيئية الشاملة بمدارس التعليم العام من وجهة نظر المشاركين في الدراسة في بعد المعوقات الإدارية والتنظيمية كان إجمالا بدرجة "متوسطة" حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (2.329).، أن درجة حدة معوقات تطبيق إدارة الجودة البيئية الشاملة بمدارس التعليم العام بجمهورية مصر العربية من وجهة نظر المشاركين في الدراسة في بعد المعوقات المادية والتقنية كان إجمالا بدرجة "متوسطة" حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (2.274)، وقدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة.

The aim of the research is to present a proposed concept for the implementation of comprehensive environmental quality management in public education schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt in light of ISO 14001 standards. The research used a descriptive research method in the survey method based on the use of standardized questionnaires. The study tool was represented in identifying the reality of comprehensive environmental quality management in schools Public education in the Arab Republic of Egypt, which consisted of two axes, the axis of the degree of application of the standards of environmental quality management systems in the school, and the axis of obstacles to implementing the standards of comprehensive environmental quality management systems. The study sample consisted of 348 teachers, administrators and mentors in public education schools in Giza Governorate. The results of the research indicated that The degree of application of the standards of comprehensive environmental quality management systems in the school in the Arab Republic of Egypt was overall with a "low" score, as the general arithmetic average reached (1.551), and the degree of severity of obstacles to the application of comprehensive environmental quality management in public education schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt from the viewpoint of the participants in The study in the dimension of individual constraints was overall with a "medium" grade, where the general arithmetic mean was (2.117). And that the degree of severity of impediments to the application of comprehensive environmental quality management in public education schools from the viewpoint of the participants in the study in the dimension of administrative and organizational obstacles was overall a degree of "medium", where the general arithmetic average (2.329), That the degree of severity of the obstacles to the application of comprehensive environmental quality management in public education schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt from the viewpoint of the participants in the study in the dimension of material and technical obstacles was in general a degree of "medium", where the general arithmetic average reached (2.274), and the research presented a set of recommendations and suggested research.
