المستخلص: تسعى الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة السمعية في نظام التعليم عن بعد في العديد من الجوانب النفسية والتقنية والاجتماعية والتعليمية والمادية. بلغت عينة الدراسة (٤٥ طالبا وطالبة) تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وقسموا كالتالي ١٥ من المرحلة الابتدائية، ١٥ من المرحلة الإعدادية، ١٥ من المرحلة الثانوية. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استبيان من إعداد الباحثة لتجميع البيانات من الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة السمعية للعام الدراسي 2020/2021، وقد تم تطوير الاستبيان وفقا للمقياس الخماسي حيث تكون من خمس أبعاد متمثلة في: الصعوبات التقنية، الصعوبات الاجتماعية، الصعوبات النفسية، الصعوبات التعليمية، الصعوبات المادية. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف وتحليل البيانات. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة السمعية يجدون العديد من التحديات والصعوبات أثناء نظام التعليم عن بعد، وجاءت الصعوبات المادية في المقدمة والمتمثلة في: ارتفاع سعر الإنترنت، عدم القدرة على شراء أجهزة كمبيوتر حديثة. كما جاءت الصعوبات التعليمية في المرتبة الثانية من عدم ترجمه العديد من الدروس بلغة الإشارة، ضعف المعلمين في استخدام شبكة الإنترنت، وعدم استيعاب المادة جيدا عبر الإنترنت. ثم الصعوبات التقنية في المرتبة الثالثة وتمثلت في ضعف شبكة النت، انقطاع النت، صعوبة وصول شبكة النت في المناطق النائية، عدم توافر أجهزة حديثة للعمل عليها بالمنزل ثم جاءت الصعوبات الاجتماعية من انخفاض المستوى التعليمي للوالدين، زيادة عدد الإخوة، ذهاب الوالدين للعمل فلا يجدوا من يساعدهم. وأخيرا الصعوبات النفسية وهي الشعور بالإحباط والفشل والوحدة النفسية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عددا من التوصيات ومنها: إعادة تنظيم وتهيئة نظام التعليم عن بعد ليتناسب مع الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة السمعية، ترجمة الدروس عبر الإنترنت بلغة الإشارة، تدريب معلمي ذوي الإعاقة السمعية على نظام التعليم عن بعد، إرشاد وتوجيه الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة السمعية حول كيفية التعامل عبر شبكة الإنترنت.

The aim of this study was to identify the difficulties that students with hearing disabilities face in the distance education system in many psychological, technical, social, educational and material aspects. The questionnaire was used to collect data from students with hearing impairment in the academic year 2020/2021, as they were chosen by a simple random method. The sample of the study was (45 male and female students) distributed as follows: 15 from the primary stage, 15 from the preparatory stage, and 15 from the secondary stage. The questionnaire was developed according to the five-dimensional scale, as it consists of five dimensions: Technical difficulties, social difficulties, psychological difficulties, educational difficulties, financial difficulties. The study used a descriptive analytical approach to describe and analyze the data. The results of the study found that students with hearing disabilities find many challenges and difficulties during the distance education system, as the material difficulties came in the foreground, represented in: the high price of the Internet, the inability to purchase modern computers The educational difficulties came second from the failure to translate many lessons in sign language, the teachers ’weakness in using the Internet, and the lack of understanding of the material well via the Internet. The technical difficulties came in third place in terms of the weakness of the internet network, the interruption of the internet, the difficulty of accessing the internet network i.e. remote areas, the unavailability of modern devices to work on at home, and then came the social difficulties in terms of the lower educational level of the parents, the increase in the number of brothers, the parents going to work but not finding Who helps them. And finally, psychological difficulties, as feelings of frustration, failure and psychological loneliness Therefore, the study presented a number of recommendations, including: reorganizing and adapting the distance education system to suit students with hearing disabilities, translating lessons via the Internet into sign language, training teachers with hearing disabilities on the distance education system, and instructing students with hearing impairment on how to deal Over the internet.
