Human development is an instrument for measuring and assessing the degree of success of countries in meeting the socio-economic needs of their populations. The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of human capital development on growth economy in Algeria, through the presentation of different empirical studies and an econometric analysis of ARDL models, over the period from 1986 to 2017. The results of the study confirm the existence of a positive relationship between primary and secondary school enrollment on economic growth and a negative effect of health spending on economic growth Le développement humain est un instrument de mesure et d’évaluation du degré de succès des pays à satisfaire les besoins socio-économiques de leurs populations. L’objectif de cette étude est d’analyser l’impact du développement du capital humain sur la croissance économique en Algérie, à travers la présentation des différentes études empiriques et une analyse économétrique des modèles ARDL, sur la période de 1986 à 2017. Les résultats de l’étude affirment l’existence d’une relation positive entre le taux de scolarisation primaire et secondaire sur la croissance économique et un effet négatif des dépenses de la santé sur la croissance économique. |
