المستخلص: تنتمي الدراسة الحالية إلى الدراسة الوصفية التحليلية والتي تستخدم منهج المسح الاجتماعي، وقد استهدفت تلك الدراسة تحديد مستوى الاتجاه العام للمرأة العاملة نحو التقاعد: ويمكن قياس ذلك الهدف من خلال المؤشرات التالية: الاجتماعي، النفسي، الوظيفي، الصحي، المادي، وتحديد الفروق الجوهرية بين متوسطات درجات النساء العاملات المقبلات على التقاعد طبقا للمتغيرات الآتية (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، العمر)، والتوصل في نهاية الدراسة إلى برنامج مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة للتعامل مع اتجاهات المرأة العاملة نحو التقاعد، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى مستوى أن اتجاهات المرأة العاملة نحو التقاعد كان مرتفعا، وأن ترتيب أبعاد اتجاهات المرأة نحو التقاعد جاءت كالتالي: الأبعاد النفسية، ثم الأبعاد الاجتماعية، ثم الأبعاد الوظيفية، ثم الأبعاد المالية، ثم الأبعاد الصحية، كذلك توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات المرأة العاملة نحو التقاعد تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، كذلك توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اتجاهات المرأة العاملة نحو التقاعد وترجع لمتغير العمر، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات المرأة العاملة نحو التقاعد وترجع لمتغير سنوات الخبرة.

The current study belongs to the descriptive and analytical study that uses the social survey method, and this study aimed to determine the level of the general tendency of working women towards retirement: this goal can be measured through the following indicators: social, psychological, occupational, health, material, and to determine the essential differences between the averages The degrees of working women who are about to retire according to the following variables (scientific qualification, years of experience, age), and at the end of the study a proposed program from the perspective of general practice to deal with working women’s attitudes towards retirement. The results of the study reached a level that working women’s attitudes towards retirement It was high, and that the order of the dimensions of women's attitudes towards retirement was as follows: psychological dimensions, then social dimensions, then occupational dimensions, then financial dimensions, then health dimensions, the study also found that there are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of working women towards retirement depending on the variable Academic qualification, there are also statistically significant differences between the attitudes of working women towards retirement due to the age variable, and there are statistically significant differences in the attitudes of working women towards retirement. Working women are about to retire due to the variable years of experience.
