المستخلص: The whole world suffers from the phenomenon of bullying and its effects, and those who are interested in it are looking for ways to treat the educational process due to its seriousness, and this phenomenon receives extraordinary attention from those interested in issues and problems of education, as bullying has become today a common and dangerous problem in schools that occurs inside and outside the school, except What is located inside the school is most of the places, including corridors, toilets and inside the classroom, and bullies choose their victims from the students, and social service is one of the professions that contribute to achieving human development, which seeks to prepare the knowledge, skills and values of the social worker, and develops a set of skills that in turn affect the efficiency and effectiveness of practice. The professionalism of the social worker, which necessitates the social worker to deal with the phenomenon of school bullying, which is the focus of his interests in facing this problem in the educational field, and to find an appropriate action plan to address those issues that affect the lives of students in schools, and to identify the most important planning requirements for the development of his abilities in Several axes, including knowledge, skills, administrative and training, and accordingly the study relied on the survey method The study was based on a research tool, which is an electronic questionnaire form, that identifies the spatial domain in the educational administrations across the Cairo governorate. The study reached a proposed future plan for the requirements of developing the capacities of social workers to confront the phenomenon of school bullying to determine the requirements related to capacity development of social workers.
