"الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على محمد خاتم النبيين وأشرف المرسلين، وعلى آله الطاهرين وأصحابه الطيبين، وعلى التابعين وأتباعهم إلى يوم الدين. أما بعد: ألف علماؤنا الأفاضل مؤلفات عدة في جمع وبيان الأحاديث التي قيل فيها بالنسخ، وسموا هذه المصنفات باسم (ناسخ الحديث ومنسوخه) فألف فيه كل من الإمام أحمد وابن الأثرم وابن شاهين والحازمي وابن الجوزي وغيرهم، فهم اعتنوا بجمع تلك الأحاديث من غير أن يتعرضوا لنقد تلك المرويات وبيان سقيمها من صحيحها هذا من جانب، ومن جانب آخر لم يطبقوا الأحكام والقواعد الأصولية الخاصة برفع التعارض بين النصوص، وتركوا لأهل الاختصاص التميز والتحقيق في بيان صحة وقوع النسخ أو عدمها. لاشك أن هذه الكتب بالأحرى الأحاديث التي قيل فيها بالنسخ تحتاج إلى دراسة عميقة من الناحية الحديثية والفقهية والأصولية.. حتى نصل إلى حقيقة وقوع النسخ فيها أم لا... لأن القول بنسخ أي حديث من الأحاديث النبوية الشريفة له أثر كبير في اختلاف الفقهاء في معظم المسائل الفقهية .. لذا من الضروري أن نبحث من جديد عن كل ما دونه علماؤنا الكرام تحت كلا المسميين (مختلف الحديث وناسخ الحديث ومنسوخه) بدراسة علمية شاملة.. وهذه دراسة للأحاديث الواردة في المضمضة بعد شرب اللبن، هل وقع النسخ فيها أم لا؟ بهذا الشأن درسنا كل ما ورد عن النبي (ɸ) تحقيقا وتخريجا، ثم بينا أقوال الفقهاء بشأن الحكم الفقهي المستنبط من هذه الأحاديث، ثم قمنا بمقارنة أقوالهم بالقواعد الأصولية الخاصة برفع ودفع التعارض بين النصوص، ثم نذكر الرأي الراجح منها.. واستعين الله تعالى في كل ذلك، وما توفيقي إلا بالله عليه توكلت وإليه أنيب... "
" All Praise is due to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and the best prayer and the completion of the Peace to Muhammad last of the prophets and noblest of messengers, and to his family and companions, and those who follow him to the Day of Judgment. After that: A number of our distinguished scholars have written many books in the collect and statement of the traditions (ahaadeeth) in which they were said to be abrogated. They called these books as ""abrogating and abrogated of the hadiths"". They included Imam Ahmad, Ibn al-Athram, Ibn Shahin, Hazmi, Ibn al-Jawzi and others. And on the other hand they take care to collect these traditions without criticizing it and without statement authenticity of hadiths from its weak. And they did not apply the fundamental rules and provisions for raising the discrepancy between the texts, and they left for the specialists distinguish and investigate the validity of the abrogation or not. There is no doubt that these books and traditions in which, it was said by abrogated, need to be studied deeply in terms of traditional and jurisprudence and fundamentalism .. until we get to the fact of abrogation or not ...Because the saying that abrogation is present of any hadeeths of the Prophet Muhammad has a significant impact on the difference of scholars in most of the jurisprudential issues Therefore, it is necessary to look again for all that our esteemed scientists under both names (different hadiths (traditions) and abrogating and abrogated of the hadiths) comprehensive scientific study This is a study of the hadeeths of mouth rinsing after drinking milk, Are abrogation signed in which, or not? We study all the words of the Prophet Muhammad’ in this regard, Investigation and graduation, then we explain the sayings of the fuqaha 'on the jurisprudential ruling derived from these hadiths, And then adorn their words by the fundamental rules of raising and pushing the contradiction between the texts, And then recall the opinion of the most correct.
