المستخلص: للسلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات امتدادات تتمثل في المندوبيات الولائية التي ينشأها مجلس السلطة المستقلة. حدد المشرع الجزائري تشكيلة المندوبيات الولائية من 3 إلى 15 عضوا مع مراعاة معايير التشكيلة من عدد للبلديات وتوزيع للهيئة الناخبة، وتحدد هذه التشكيلة بموجب قرار من رئيس السلطة المستقلة بعد مصادقة مجلسها، ويعين رئيس السلطة المستقلة منسق المندوبيات الولائية. تضطلع المندوبية الولائية تحت سلطة رئيس السلطة المستقلة بممارسة الصلاحيات المخولة للسلطة المستقلة في نطاق الدائرة الانتخابية محل اختصاصها.

The National Independent Elections Authority has extensions represented by the delegations of WILAYA established by the Council of the Independent Authority. The Algerian legislator has specified the composition of the WILAYA delegation between 3 to 15 members, taking into account the criteria based on the number of municipalities and the distribution of the electoral body, this composition is determined by a decision of the president of the authority after approval by his board, the president of the independent authority appoints the WILAYA delegation coordinator. The delegation of WILAYA under the control of the president of the independent authority exercises the powers devolved to the independent authority in the field of the electoral department of its jurisdiction.

L'Autorité Nationale Indépendante des Elections a des extensions représentées par les délégations de WILAYA établies par le Conseil de l'ANIE. Le législateur algérien a précisé la composition de la délégation de WILAYA entre 3 à 15 membres, en tenant en compte des critères basant sur le nombre de communes et de la répartition du corps électoral, cette composition est déterminée par une decision du président de l’autorité après approbation par son conseil, le président de l'autorité indépendante nomme le coordinateur de délégation de WILAYA. La délégation de WILAYA sous le control du président de l'autorité indépendante exerce les pouvoirs dévolus à l'ANIE dans le champ du département électoral de sa juridiction.
