المستخلص: بناء على ما أعلنته منظمة الصحة العالمية وجميع وزارات الصحة في شتى بقاع العالم عن رفع مستوى الإنذار إلى المرحلة القصوى لانتشار فيروس كورونا (كوفيد19)، اتخذت جميع الدول التدابير الوقائية لتوعية المواطنين بالوباء وطرق مكافحته والوقاية منه، ونظرا لما تتعرض إليه المنظومة التعليمية من خطر يهددها وهو انتشار وباء كورونا، تبلورت لدينا مشكلة الدراسة في أنه قد اتجهت أقسام الوثائق والمكتبات بجامعتي الأزهر وأسيوط إلى تغيير سياساتها واستراتيجياتها وأهدافها من أجل إيجاد بدائل أفضل لدعم العملية التعليمية بأقسام الوثائق والمكتبات والمعلومات في ظل الوضع الحرج، وتوقف العملية الدراسية، وإغلاق الجامعات لأبوابها أمام طلابها من أجل الحفاظ عليهم من إصابتهم بهذا الوباء والمساهمة في عملية التصدي والمواجهة لهذا الوباء والحد من انتشاره دون المساس بنظام سير العملية الدراسية واستكمال المناهج الدراسية، لذا اتجهت الدراسة إلي البحث عن تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف من أهمها: التعرف على استراتيجية أقسام الوثائق والمكتبات والمعلومات بجامعتي الأزهر وأسيوط نحو التحول الكامل إلى التعلم الإلكتروني بعد انتشار جائحة كورونا، والتعرف على مدى استعداد وجاهزية أعضاء هيئة التدريس بأقسام الوثائق والمكتبات والمعلومات بجامعتي الأزهر وأسيوط نحو الاعتماد على التعلم الإلكتروني الكامل في ظل انتشار فيروس كورونا، كذلك التعرف على الوسائل والأدوات التكنولوجية المتوفرة والمستخدمة في العملية التعلمية بأقسام المكتبات بجامعتي الأزهر وأسيوط ومدى فاعليتها في تلبية احتياجات أعضاء هيئة التدريس لإفادة الطلاب والتواصل معهم بعد تفشي فيروس كورونا......إلخ، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي منهجا لتحقيق أهدافها، وبلغت عينة الدراسة 58 عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بأقسام الوثائق والمكتبات والمعلومات بجامعتي الأزهر وأسيوط بمختلف درجاتهم العلمية طبقت عليهم الدراسة، متخذة من الاستبيان في شكله الإلكتروني أداة منهجية لجمع البيانات وتم صياغته وتحكيمه من قبل المتخصصين، وانتهت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات.

Based on what has been announced by the World Health Organization and all ministries of health in various parts of the world raising the level of warning to the maximum stage about the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid 19), all countries have taken preventive measures to educate citizens about the epidemic and methods of combating and preventing it, and given the threat to the educational system that threatens it. Which is the spread of the Corona epidemic. Our study problem has crystallized in that the documents and libraries departments at Al-Azhar and Assiut universities have tended to change their policies, strategies and goals in order to find better alternatives to support the educational process in the documents, libraries and information departments in light of the critical situation and the study process has stopped and universities closed their doors to their students for the sake of Preserving them from being infected with this epidemic and contributing to the process of confronting and confronting this epidemic and limiting its spread without prejudice to the system of conducting the academic process and completing the curriculum, so the study tended to search for the achievement of a set of objectives, the most important of which is to identify the strategy of the arning after the spread of the Corona pandemic and erosion In documents, libraries and information departments at Al-Azhar and Assiut universities towards A complete shift to e-le relying on full elearning in light of the spread of the Corona virus, as well as getting to know the available technological means and tools used in the learning process in the library departments of Al- Azhar and Assiut and their effectiveness in meeting the needs of the faculty members In order to benefit students and communicate with them after the outbreak of the light of the readiness and readiness of the faculty members in the departments of documents, libraries and information at Al- Azhar and Assiut universities towards the Corona virus... etc., the study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach as a method to achieve its goals, and the study sample reached 58 members of the faculty in the departments of documents, libraries and information at Al-Azhar and Assiut universities with various degrees of science applied to them, The questionnaire, in its electronic form, was taken as a systematic tool for collecting data, and it was formulated and judged by specialists, and the study ended with a set of findings and recommendations.
