المستخلص: انتقلت البحوث من الاهتمام بوجه عام بالإبداع كمجموعة من القدرات كالطلاقة والمرونة والأصالة التي يمكن تنميتها باستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب والاستراتيجيات سواء من خلال برامج عامة أو من خلال برامج دراسة مرتبطة بمحتوى دراسي معين إلى الاهتمام بتوظيف هذه المهارات في حل العديد من المشكلات المتجددة والتي تتطلب منها حلولا جديدة وغير تقليدية وهذا ما تحتاجه في ظل التغييرات السريعة ومن هنا تكمن أهمية جامعة الطفل كبرنامج يسعى إلى إعداد الأطفال المصريين من أجل المستقبل باعتبارهم أدوات التغيير القادرون على مواجهة التحديات المختلفة وتشكيل العالم من خلال القدرات الإبداعية والابتكارية المطورة ومن خلال جامعة الطفل يتاح العديد من الفرص والتي تتمثل في تجربة تعليمية تفاعلية تسمح بإجراء الأبحاث والتجارب، بالإضافة إلى التفاعل والتواصل مع العديد من أساتذة الجامعة والعلماء المتخصصين، وذلك من خلال أوقات الدراسة وبعدها أثناء العطلات والإجازات. بجانب تحصيل المعرفة والتجربة التعليمية التي يكتسبها الطلاب، يحصل الخريجين من جامعة الطفل على شهادة تخرج معتمدة من أكاديمية البحث العلمي، بالإضافة إلى جوائز مالية وعينية للطلاب المتفوقين على مستوى كل جامعة ومن بينها رحلة مدعومة بالكامل إلى إحدى جامعات الطفل العالمية. والخدمة الاجتماعية كونها من المهن الإنسانية التي تستطيع مواجهة المشكلات التي تعوق الأداءات الاجتماعية للأفراد في المجتمع.. نجدها قد اهتمت بتوفير الرعاية المتكاملة لفئة الطفولة بتقديم الخبرات الوقائية والعلاجية والإنمائية المناسبة لهذه الفئة لكي تواكب ظروف وأحداث المجتمع، وذلك لما تتضمنه من مهارات وأساليب فنية، وبذلك فإنه من الممكن أن يكون للخدمة الاجتماعية كمهنة ذات رسالة إنسانية دورا في تزويد الأطفال بالخبرات الاجتماعية والتخطيط لتطوير وتحسين الأنشطة الخاصة برعايتهم وذلك بغرض إشباع الاحتياجات الأساسية لهم وتنمية المهارات الإبداعية وتمثلت أهم نتائج الدراسة فيما يلي: جاءت استجابات عينة الدراسة بمستوى مرتفع حيث بلغ المجموع الوزني (3712)، أن المتوسط الحسابي (31.45)، والمتوسط المرجح (247.47) والقوة النسبية (69.91%)، حيث جاءت العبارة الأعلى موافقة في المرتبة الأولى وهي-"انظم أوقاتي بشكل جيد" بوزن مرجح (98.67)، وقوة نسبية (83.61%)، ومتوسط حسابي (2.51)، "يمكنني إعطاء أكثر من إجابة للسؤال الواحد" بوزن مرجح (95)، وقوة نسبية (80.51%)، ومتوسط حسابي (2.42)، "استطيع تمثيل بعض المواقف بشكل جيد" بوزن مرجح (93.33) وقوة نسبية (79.09%) ومتوسط حسابي (2.37)، أعبر بأكثر من أسلوب عن أفكاري" بوزن مرجح (92.33) وقوة نسبية (78.25%)، ومتوسط حسابي (2.35) "ابتكر حلول جديدة للمشكلات التي تواجهني" بوزن مرجح (91) وقوة نسبية 77.12%)، ومتوسط حسابي (2.31).

Research has moved from a general interest in creativity as a set of abilities such as fluency, flexibility and originality that can be developed using a set of methods and strategies, either through general programs or through study programs linked to a specific academic content, to an interest in employing these skills in solving many renewable problems that require solutions. New and unconventional, and this is what you need in light of rapid changes. Hence the importance of the Children's University as a program that seeks to prepare Egyptian children for the future as they are tools of change who are able to face various challenges and shape the world through developed creative and innovative capabilities. Through the Children's University, many opportunities are available, which are an interactive educational experience that allows conducting research and experiments, in addition to interacting and communicating with many university professors and specialized scientists, during study times and afterwards during holidays and vacations. In addition to acquiring the knowledge and educational experience that students acquire, graduates from the Children's University receive a graduation certificate approved by the Academy of Scientific Research, in addition to financial and in-kind awards for outstanding students at the level of each university, including a fully supported trip to one of the world's child universities And social work, being one of the humanitarian professions that can face the problems that hinder the social performance of individuals in society .. We find that it has been interested in providing integrated care for children in the category of providing preventive, curative and developmental experiences appropriate for this group in order to keep pace with the conditions and events of society, due to the technical skills and methods they contain, and so on. It is possible that social service, as a profession with a humanitarian mission, has a role in providing children with social experiences and planning to develop and improve activities for their care in order to satisfy their basic needs and develop creative skills. The results were as follows: The responses of the study sample came at a high level, with the weighted total being (3712), the arithmetic average (31.45), the weighted average (247.47) and the relative strength (69.91%). The statement with the highest approval came first, which is - "Organize my times well" "with a weighted weight (98.67), relative strength (83.61%), and an arithmetic average (2.51). "I can give more than one answer to one question" with a weighted weight (95), relative strength (80.51%), and an arithmetic average (2.42) I can represent some situations well "with a weighted weight (93.33), relative strength (79.09%) and an arithmetic average (2.37) I express my thoughts in more than one way, "with a weighted weight (92.33) and relative strength (78.25%), and an arithmetic average (2.35)." Create new solutions to the problems facing me "with a weighted weight (91) and relative strength 77.12%), and an arithmetic average (2.31).
