موضوع البحث: هذا البحث يعرض لأهم الضوابط المنهجية اللازمة لفهم النصوص القرآنية. هدف البحث: إبراز معظم الضوابط والقواعد الأساسية لفهم النص القرآني في إطاره الموضعي (التفسير التحليلي الجزئي)، وفي إطاره الموضوعي، وفي ضوء مقاصده العليا، وذلك بشكل منهجي منظم. مشكلة البحث: هذا البحث يجيب عن التساؤلات الآتية: 1- ما أهم الضوابط والقواعد الأساسية اللازمة لفهم النص القرآني في ضوء النهج الموضعي؟ 2- ما أهم الضوابط والقواعد الأساسية اللازمة لفهم النص القرآني في ضوء النهج الموضوعي؟ 3- ما أهم الضوابط والقواعد الأساسية اللازمة لفهم النص القرآني في ضوء مقاصده الكبرى؟ نتائج البحث: 1- ضوابط فهم النص القرآني في ضوء النهج الموضعي (التفسير التحليلي الجزئي) تتطلب معرفة المكي والمدني، وأسباب النزول إن وجدت، ودلالات الألفاظ، والقراءات إن وجدت، والرجوع إلى السياق، وما يتعلق بتفسير النص عن طريق الأثر الصحيح، وتجنب التأويلات الفاسدة، وهذه الضوابط تمثل (مستوى التأسيس). 2- ضوابط فهم النص القرآني في ضوء النهج الموضوعي تتطلب بالضرورة معرفة الناسخ والمنسوخ، والمحكم والمتشابه، والعام والخاص، والمطلق والمقيد، والمجمل والمبين، وهذه الضوابط تمثل (مستوى الاستيعاب). 3- ضوابط فهم النص القرآني في ضوء النهج المقاصدي تتطلب معرفة المقاصد القرآنية العليا (العبادة، والتزكية، والعمران) التي تستدعي بالضرورة المقاصد الشرعية التي جرى تركيز علماء الشريعة عليها، وصنفوها إلى الضروريات والحاجيات والتحسينيات، وما يجب أن يأتي بعد ذلك من محاولة تنزيل هذا الفهم على الواقع المعاصر، والإجابة عن إشكالاته، بوعي ثاقب يضمن حسن تنزيل النصوص على الواقع الذي نعيشه، وهذه الضوابط تمثل (مستوى التمكن).
Praise be to Allah, and peace be upon his worshipers who he has chosen. In this research entitled "Methodological Controls in Understanding Quranic texts", I present the most important methodological rules necessary for understanding the Quran. The Significance of the Research: The importance of this research is that it came after careful readings and accurate reviews of many sources and references which are established as tenants of origins and rules of interpreting Quran, after a long expertise in the Quranic studies for more than a quarter of a century in teaching, research, supervision and scientific discussions, to display, through a systemic methodology, the most important basic controls and rules, necessary to understand the Quranic text in the light of first, the partial analytical interpretation approach, second: the objective approach, and third in the major purposes of the Holy text itself. Research Objective: Highlighting the majority of the methodological controls and basic rules for understanding the Quranic text in its partial analytical interpretation framework, its objective framework, and in the light of its supreme purposes, in a systematic way. Research Methodology: The research will adopt the inductive deductive approach of extrapolating the majority of controls and basic rules to understand the Quranic text in the light of the partial analytical interpretation approach, the objective approach as Well as the Quran’s major purposes, through devising gradation levels of this understanding, from establishment, through absorption, to mastery. Research Structure: The research will consist of three axes: The first parameter: Controls of Understanding the Quranic Text in the Light of the Partial Analytical Interpretation, Approach. The second parameter: Controls of Understanding the Quranic Text in the Light of The Objective Approach. The third parameter: Controls of Understanding the Quranic Text in the Light of its Major purposes and Trying to Project This Understanding on Contemporary Reality. The Contributions Provided by the Research: This paper contains major controls and basic rules necessary to understand the Quranic text through partial analytical interpretation framework, in its objective framework, and in the light of its supreme purposes, in a systematic way, starting from the establishment level, passing through the level of absorption, and reaching the level of mastery.
