|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف العلاقة بين تفاعل طلبة الماجستير ومدرسيهم ودافعية الإنجاز لدى الطلبة. كما يهدف إلى الكشف عن الفروق في مستوى التفاعل بين الطلبة والمدرسين وفق متغير الجنس لدى الطلبة. بالإضافة إلى كشف الفروق في مستوى دافعية الإنجاز بين الطلبة وفق متغير الجنس. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي وذلك لملاءمته لغرض البحث وطبيعته. طبق البحث في جامعة تشرين. وقد استخدمت الباحثة مقياسي "التفاعل الاجتماعي" و"دافعية الإنجاز". وقد تم تطبيقهما على عينة من طلبة الماجستير في جامعة تشرين بلغ عددها (33) طالبا وطالبة. عمدت الباحثة، بغرض تحقيق أهداف البحث، إلى التحقق من ثلاث فرضيات والتوصل إلى النتائج التالية: 1 -لا توجد علاقة ارتباط موجب بين درجات طلبة الماجستير على مقياس التفاعل الاجتماعي ودرجاتهم على مقياس دافعية الإنجاز في كلية الآداب بجامعة تشرين. 2 -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطلبة الذكور والطلبة الإناث فيما يخص التفاعل الاجتماعي في كلية الآداب بجامعة تشرين. 3 -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطلبة الذكور والطلبة الإناث فيما يخص دافعية الإنجاز في كلية الآداب بجامعة تشرين.

|b This research aims at identifying the relevance of the MA students’ interaction with their instructors to their achievement motivation. It also aims at exploring the differences in the student-instructor interactive level according to the student's sexual variable. In addition, these differences have also been examined among the students themselves according to the sexual variable. The researcher has applied the descriptive analytical method as it conforms with the aims and essence of the research. The research has been carried out in Tishreen University. "The social interaction" and "achievement motivation" are the two standards that have been used by the researcher with a mixed (male and female) sample which constituted of 33 MA students in Tishreen University. For the sake of the research, the researcher attempted to verify three hypotheses, and consequently reached the following conclusions: 1. The study applied in the Faculty of Arts of Tishreen University showed that there is a positive correlation between the MA students’ degrees on the social interaction standard and their degrees on the achievement motivation standard. 2. There are no statistical significant differences between the male and female students regarding the social interaction in the afore-mentioned faculty. 3. There are no statistical significant differences between the male and female students regarding the achievement motivation in the afore-mentioned faculty.
