المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تقويم مستوى أداء مربيات رياض الأطفال في ضوء الكفايات التربوية المحددة لهن، وإلى تعرف أثر المتغيرات الآتية (المؤهل العلمي والتربوي، عدد سنوات الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية) درجة ممارستهن للأداء في ضوء الكفايات التربوية المحددة لهن. ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم تصميم استبانة تضمنت (76) عبارة، ضمت ستة مجالات للكفايات هي: (التخطيط، تنظيم البيئة داخل غرفة النشاط، التنفيذ، التقويم، الكفايات الشخصية، الكفايات الاجتماعية)، كما اشتملت عينة البحث على (198) مربية روضة للعام الدراسي 2016/ 2017، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي. وللتحقق من صدق الاستبانة عرضت على مجموعة مؤلفة من (7) محكمين مختصين في كليتي التربية بجامعتي دمشق وتشرين. وتم التأكد من ثباتها بتطبيفها على عينة استطلاعية شملت (36) مربية روضة من خلال حساب معامل ألفا كرونباخ، والذي بلغ (0.877). وانتهى البحث إلى أن مستوى أداء مربيات رياض الأطفال جاءت بدرجة متوسطة في ضوء الكفايات التربوية المحددة لهن، وبينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا حول درجة ممارستهن للأداء في ضوء الكفايات التربوية المحددة لهن تبعا لمتغيري (الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير الدورات التدريبية. ومن خلال النتائج تم التوصل إليها قدمت مقترحات من أهمها: بناء برامج تدريبية لمربيات رياض الأطفال الحاليين لتطوير كفاياتهن بما يحقق جودة الأداء، وعقد دورات تدريبية لمربيات رياض الأطفال.

The research aim to identify the level of the performance Education for Kindergartens Care takers in the light of the Necessary competencies limited for them in Lattakia City, and exploration the effect the variables (educational qualification, experience, training courses) about in the degree of practicing the performance competencies which required for them. To achieve the object of the research a questionnaire has been included (76) methods, distributed to six areas competencies (Planning, regulation the Class-Room environment, execution, evaluation, personality, sociality), then applied to a sample of (198) Kindergarten care takers for the academic year 2016/2017. The present research used the descriptive analytical approach. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Damascus and Tishreen Universities. Pilot sample consisted of (36) Kindergarten care takers, Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability at least (0.877). The research ended up with the following results, the level of the performance Education for Kindergartens Care takers in the light of the Necessary competencies limited for them in Lattakia City was middle degree. There was no statistically significant differences in the level of the performance for Kindergartens Care takers in the light of the Necessary competencies for them according to (educational qualification, experience), while the results showed significant differences according to training courses). Among these suggestions was the application training programs for Kindergarten care takers for developing performance to raising their duality of performance, and having training courses to Kindergarten care takers.
