المستخلص: يعتبر الأمن مطلبا من متطلبات الأسرة التي تسعى لتحقيقها، وربة الأسرة هي المسئولة عن تحقيق شعور الطمأنينة والحماية بكفاءتها في إدارة شئون الأسرة الصحية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وتشترك الأم في مسئولية تربية القيم بالأسرة وتشكيل منظومة القيم للأبناء. يهدف البحث إلى دراسة الكفاءة الإدارية لربة الأسرة في تحقيق الأمن الأسرى ككل بأبعادها (إدارة الأمن الصحي، إدارة الأمن الاقتصادي، إدارة الأمن الاجتماعي) وعلاقتها بمنظومة القيم للأبناء ككل بأبعادها (القيم النظرية، القيم الاجتماعية، القيم الاقتصادية). تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، اشتملت عينة البحث على (240) ربة أسرة لديها أبناء بمرحلة المراهقة من مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة بمحافظتي الإسكندرية والبحيرة، والعينة تم اختيارها بطريقة عمدية غرضية، واشتملت أدوات البحث على استمارة البيانات العامة لربة الأسرة وأبنائها وتشمل المتغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية محل الدراسة، استبيان الكفاءة الإدارية لربة الأسرة في تحقيق الأمن الأسرى بأبعادها (إدارة الأمن الصحي، إدارة الأمن الاقتصادي، إدارة الأمن الاجتماعي) استبيان منظومة القيم للأبناء بأبعادها (القيم النظرية، القيم الاجتماعية، القيم الاقتصادية) وقد تم تفريغ البيانات وتصنيفها وتبويبها واستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة من خلال البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS. أسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الكفاءة الإدارية لربة الأسرة في تحقيق الأمن الأسرى ككل بأبعادها (إدارة الأمن الصحي، إدارة الأمن الاقتصادي، إدارة الأمن الاجتماعي) ومنظومة القيم للأبناء ككل بأبعادها (القيم النظرية، القيم الاجتماعية، القيم الاقتصادية). وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات ربات الأسر في الكفاءة الإدارية (إدارة الأمن الصحي) لصالح الإناث. وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات ربات الأسر في الكفاءة الإدارية ككل بأبعادها لصالح الأسرة صغيرة الحجم. وفى الكفاءة الإدارية ككل (إدارة الأمن الصحي وإدارة الأمن الاجتماعي) لصالح مستوي تعليم الأم بالشهادة المتوسطة وفوق المتوسطة. وفى الكفاءة الإدارية ككل (إدارة الأمن الصحي) لصالح مستوي تعليم الأب بالشهادة الجامعية وفوق الجامعية. وفى الكفاءة الإدارية ككل (إدارة الأمن الاجتماعي) لصالح مهنة الأب بالمهن المرموقة. وفى الكفاءة الإدارية ككل بأبعادها لصالح دخل الأسرة الشهري المتوسط. وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات الأبناء في منظومة القيم للأبناء ككل بأبعادها لصالح الأم التي لا تعمل. وفي منظومة القيم للأبناء ككل (القيم الاجتماعية) لصالح الإناث. وفي منظومة القيم للأبناء ككل (القيم الاجتماعية، القيم الاقتصادية) لصالح الأسرة صغيرة الحجم. وفي (القيم الاقتصادية) لصالح التعليم الجامعي وفوق الجامعي للأم. وفي منظومة القيم ككل (القيم النظرية، القيم الاقتصادية) لصالح التعليم الجامعي وفوق الجامعي للأب. وفي منظومة القيم للأبناء ككل (القيم النظرية، والقيم الاجتماعية) لصالح المهن العادية للأم. وفي (القيم الاقتصادية) لصالح المهن المرموقة للأب. أثرت متغيرات (حجم الأسرة، عمل الأم، مهنة الأب، مهنة الأم) في الكفاءة الإدارية لربة الأسرة في تحقيق الأمن الأسرى بنسبة 13%، أثرت متغيرات (مستوى تعليم الأب، مكان السكن، حجم الأسرة) في منظومة القيم للأبناء بنسبة 14%. ومن أهم توصيات البحث: مساهمة أعضاء هيئة التدريس من التخصص في مبادرات وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي للاهتمام بشؤن وأمن الأسرة، عمل برامج إرشادية وتثقيفية للمقبلين على الزواج بسبل تحقيق أمن الأسرة.

Security is a requirement of the family that seeks to achieve. The house wife is responsible for achieving a sense of tranquility and protection in her efficiency in managing the health, economic and social affairs of the family. The mother shares the responsibility of raising values in the family and forming the system of values for the children., The Research aimed to study the managerial efficiency of the housewife in achieve family security as a whole in its dimensions (health security management, economic security management, social security management) and its relation to the values system for all children in their dimensions (theoretical values, social values, economic values). The research used descriptive analytical method. The sample of this research including (240) of housewives with children in adolescence from different social and economic levels in Alexandria and Beheira governorates. The sample was selected in an intentionally purposed way. The research tools included the general data form of the housewife and their children, the questionnaire of the manageral efficiency of the housewife in achieve family security by its dimensions (health security management, economic security management, social security management) The questionnaire of the values system for children in its dimensions (theoretical values, social values, economic values). Data has been released, classified, tabulated and using statistical methods through SPSS program. The results revealed that The existence of a statistically significant correlation between the manageral efficiency of the housewife in achieve family security as a whole in its dimensions (health security management, economic security management, social security management) and the values system for the children as a whole in its dimensions (theoretical values, social values, economic values). There were statistically significant differences between the averages of the housewives in the manageral efficiency (Health Security management ) in favor of females. in the manageral efficiency in its dimensions in favor of the small family. In the the manageral efficiency as a whole (Health Security management and Social Security management) in favor of the level of mother education with average and above average certificate. And the manageral efficiency as a whole (of Health Security management) in favor of the level of education of the father with a university degree and above university. And the manageral efficiency as a whole (Social Security management) in favor of the father's profession in the prestigious professions. In the manageral efficiency as a whole in its dimensions in favor of the average monthly family income. There are statistically significant differences between the average children in the values system for the children as a whole in its dimensions in favor of the mother who does not work. In the values system for children as a whole (economic values) in favor of childhood in sons and in social values for females. In the values system for children as a whole (social values, economic values) in favor of the small family, In the values system as a whole (theoretical values, economic values) in favor of university and over university education ,in the system of values for children as a whole (theoretical values, social values) in favor of the normal professions of the mother. And in (economic values) in favor of the prestigious professions of the father. The variables (family size, mother's work, father's profession, mother's profession) affected the manageral efficiency of the housewife in achieve family security by 13%. The variables (father's level of education, place of residence, size of family) affected the values system for children by 14%. The most important recommendations of the research: the contribution of members of the faculty of specialization in the initiatives of the Ministry of Social Solidarity to take care of the family and security of the family, working the guidance and educational programs for those who come to marry in ways to achieve family security.
