المستخلص: يهدف البحث بصفة أساسية إلى دراسة مدى فاعلية برنامج إرشادي لتنمية وعى الشباب الجامعي للبرمجة اللغوية العصبية بمحاوره (الإيمان بالقدرات الشخصية، إدارة الانفعالات، المرونة الشخصية) وإدارة الذات بأبعاده (إدارة الوقت، الثقة بالنفس) لديهم، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والمنهج التجريبي حيث تكونت أدوات البحث من استمارة البيانات العامة واستبيان البرمجة اللغوية العصبية بمحاوره واستبيان إدارة الذات بأبعاده. تم تطبيق أدوات البحث على (٤٨٠) شاب وفتاة من الشباب الجامعي من كليات مختلفة وفى مراحل دراسية مختلفة ينتمون إلى أسر من مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة، من ريف وحضر محافظة المنوفية والدقهلية والقليوبية تم اختيارهم بطريقة صدفية غرضية، وتم استخدام المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج SPSS لإيجاد كل من (معامل ألفا كرونباخ-والتجزئة النصفية-جيوتمان) -حساب معامل الارتباط باختبار بيرسون-حساب التكرارات والنسب المئوية لبعض متغيرات الدراسة-اختبار (ت) T. test -اختبار تحليل التباين باستخدام (ف) F. test. وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين وعى الشباب للبرمجة اللغوية العصبية بمحاوره وإدارة الذات لديهم عند مستوى دلالة 0.01، بمعنى أنه كلما زاد وعى الشباب الجامعي للبرمجة اللغوية العصبية زادت قدرتهم على إدارة الذات. ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة في مستوى وعى أفراد عينة الدراسة للبرمجة اللغوية العصبية وقدرتهم على إدارة الذات وبعض متغيرات المستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي عند مستوى دلالة 0.01، 0.05، كما أكدت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية 0.001 بين التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي لعينة الدراسة في وعى وممارسة الشباب للبرمجة اللغوية العصبية بأبعاده وإدارة الذات لديهم بمحاوره لصالح التطبيق البعدي مما يساهم في رفع المستوى المعرفي للشباب أفراد العينة التجريبية ويعدل اتجاهاتهم بإدارتهم للذات. توصى الدراسة بتفعيل استخدام البرمجة اللغوية للجهاز العصبي في تعلم بعض مهارات الحياة الأساسية لدى الشباب لما له من أثر إيجابي في ذلك. وجعل موضوع البرمجة اللغوية للجهاز العصبي ضمن مناهج إعداد الكوادر الدراسية لمختلف المراحل الدراسية وإضافتها كمساق يدرس كمتطلب جامعي للشباب. وضرورة تنظيم برامج ودورات في البرمجة اللغوية العصبية من خلال وسائل الإعلام المختلفة لما لها من دور هام في بث الطاقة الإيجابية داخل الشاب حتى يتمكن من إدارة ذاته وحل مشكلاته بفاعلية.

The main objective of the research is to determine the effectiveness of an orientation program for the development and awareness of university youth for NLP, with its emphasis on personal abilities, emotional management, personal flexibility, self-management and self-confidence. Search tools from the general data form and the NLP questionnaire with its own discussion and self-management questionnaire. The research tools were applied to (480) young university boys and girls from different colleges and in different study stages belonging to families of different social and economic levels, from rural and urban areas of Menoufia, Dakahlia and Qalyubia. The coefficient of correlation coefficient of the Pearson test - calculation of frequencies and percentages of some of the variables of the study - T (T) test. Test - Test the variance analysis using (F. test).. The results showed a positive correlation between youth awareness of NLP and their self-management at the level of significance of 0.01, meaning that the higher the awareness of university youth of NLP, the greater their ability to self-manage. And the existence of a positive correlation relationship in the level of awareness of the members of the sample of the study of NLP and their ability to self-management and some social and economic level variables at the level of 0.01 0.01. The results also confirmed the existence of statistically significant differences at the level of 0.001 between the tribal application and the remote application of the study sample The awareness and practice of young people for NLP in its dimensions and self-management in its approach to the benefit of the remote application, which contributes to raising the level of knowledge of the young members of the experimental sample and adjust their direction by managing themselves. The study recommends activating the use of NLP in learning some basic life skills among young people because of its positive effect in this. And to make the subject of linguistic programming of the nervous system within the curricula of preparing cadres for the various stages of study and add them as a course taught as a university requirement for young people. And the need to organize programs and courses in NLP through different media because of their important role in the transmission of positive energy within the young man so that he can manage itself and solve problems effectively.
