They receive from the order of Al-Mighty God what is hidden from the reasonable affairs of creation and the Creator with what has to do with their other happiness with the statement of the conditions of the afterlife expressed the energy of their minds is borne by the public laws that are entrusted to their happiness and their brothers, bypassing the minds of intelligent philosophers and atheists while creating reasons to respond to them and prove the need for such selection to establish a law governing all humanity.

إن من حكمة الصانع الحكيم الذي أقام أمر الإنسان وعلمه البيان وعلمه الكلام للتفاهم والكتاب للتراسل أن يجعل من الأنفس البشرية مرتبة يصطفيه الله بفضله من عباده حيث يجعل رسالته ويميزهم بالفطرة، ويبلغهم من الكمال وما يفيض عليهم من علمه لأداء رسالته وأمانته، فيعلمون الغيب بأذن ربهم وما سيكون من شأن الناس وشأن الشاهد والغائب، ثم يتلقون من أمر جلالته وما خفي عن المعقول من شئون الخلق والخالق بما له دخل في سعادتهم الآخروية مع بيان أحوال الآخرة معبرين عنه بما تتحمله طاقة عقولهم مع تبليغ الشرائع العامة التي هي مناط سعادتهم وشقائهم، متجاوزين عقول الأذكياء من الفلاسفة والملحدين مع تهيئة الأسباب للرد عليهم وإثبات الحاجة إلى هذا الاصطفاء لوضع قانون يحكم البشرية جميعاً.
