|a هدف البحث إلى تصميم استراتيجية مقترحه للتعلم الإلكتروني القائم علي المشروعات في ضوء نموذج أبعاد التعلم وقياس أثرها في تنمية التحصيل المعرفي والجوانب الأدائية لمهارات تطوير وحدات التعلم الرقمية لطلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم وفقا للأسلوب المعرفي (الاستقلال/الاعتماد) على المجال الإدراكي، واعتمد علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لمعالجة الإطار النظري للبحث، وتعرف مهارات تطوير وحدات التعلم الرقمية، والمنهج التجريبي، للكشف عن أثر الاستراتيجية المقترحة علي المتغيرات التابعة، وتمثلت أدوات جمع البيانات في الاختبار التحصيلي لمفاهيم وحدات التعلم الرقمية، بالإضافة إلي بطاقة ملاحظة تقدير الأداء لمهارات تطوير تلك الوحدات، واعتمد علي اختبار الأشكال المتضمنة لتصنيف الطلاب عينة البحث وفقا للأسلوب المعرفي (الاستقلال/الاعتماد) على المجال الإدراكي، وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج، منها أن الاستراتيجية المقترحة لها حجم أثر دال في تنمية الجوانب المعرفية، والأدائية لمهارات تطوير وحدات التعلم الرقمية، ويتجه مستوى الدلالة نحو المتوسط الأعلى لصالح الأسلوب المعرفي المعتمد علي المجال الادراكي.

|b The aim of the research is to design a proposed strategy for project-based e-learning in light of the learning dimensions model and measure its impact on the development of cognitive achievement and the performance aspects of the skills of developing digital learning units among educational technology students according to the cognitive method (independence / dependence) on the cognitive domain, and it was based on the descriptive analytical approach. To address the theoretical framework of the research, and to identify the skills of developing digital learning units, and the experimental approach, to reveal the impact of the proposed strategy on the dependent variables, and the data collection tools were represented in the achievement test of the concepts of digital learning units, in addition to a note card of performance evaluation for the skills of developing these units, and it was approved, to test the forms that include the classification of students, the research sample according to the cognitive style (independence / dependence) on the cognitive domain, and the research reached several results, including that the proposed strategy has a significant impact on the development of the cognitive aspects and performance of the skills of developing digital learning units, and the level of significance tends towards The higher average in favor of a cognitive style based on the cognitive domain.
