المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى تسليط الضوء على أزمة كورونا، وتعرف أهم مميزات تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني في المؤسسات التعليمية في ظل هذه الأزمة، وكذلك تناول أهم الآثار والتربوية المترتبة على أزمة كورونا وتطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني. ومناقشة أبرز التحديات التي تواجه المؤسسات التعليم في ظل تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني. وتقديم آليات مقترحة لتعزيز دور المؤسسات التعليمية في مواجهة تحديات التعليم الإلكتروني. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الأليات المقترحة لمواجهة تحديات التعليم الإلكتروني، أهمها: استخدام منصات جديدة وضمان المتابعة الكافية مع الطلاب. وإعادة تصميم أنشطة الرفاهية للطلاب إلى تنسيق عبر الإنترنت بل وزيادتها. وإشراك ممثلي الطلاب، والطلاب من مجتمعات معينة، والتشاور معهم لفهم احتياجات معينة بشكل أفضل والتأكد من أن الحلول المقدمة مناسبة للجميع ولا تترك أي شخص يتخلف عن الركب. وتقديم دورات تدريبية افتراضية بانتظام لمساعدتهم في هذا السياق التعليمي الجديد. والتعاون بين الإدارات ومشاركة الممارسات لمواجهة التحديات الحالية (على سبيل المثال، تحسين مهارات الموظفين، وتبادل الكفاءات بين الزملاء في تقديم المحتوى عبر الإنترنت، وما إلى ذلك). وتوفير المحاضرات التي ثبت مباشرة عبر الإنترنت، مع إمكانية مشاهدة الطلاب للفصول عدة مرات وفي أوقات مختلفة (وهذا مهم بشكل خاص للطلاب الذين يعيشون في مناطق زمنية مختلفة)، وإضافة مكون شفهي للتحقق مما إذا كان الطلاب قد أجروا الاختبار بأنفسهم أمرا جيدا الحل، بالإضافة إلى استخدام المزيد من اختبارات "إجراء الاختبارات المنزلية" (تأكد من تزويد الطلاب بمعلومات مفصلة عن المواعيد النهائية والسرقة الأدبية)، وتدريب المعلمين على كيفية التعامل مع تقنيات الحاسب الآلي، وإكسابهم مهارات إعداد المقررات الإلكترونية، وتصميم المواقع الإلكترونية، وإدارتها بكفاءة، وتحسين البنية التحتية التكنولوجية في المؤسسات التعليمية بما يتيح إمكانية توظيف تطبيقات التعليم الإلكتروني في التدريس بكفاءة، وتنمية الوعي بثقافة التعليم الإلكتروني وأهميته في العصر الرقمي.

The aim of the current research is to shed light on the Corona crisis, and to know the most important advantages of applying e-learning in educational institutions in light of this crisis, as well as addressing the most important educational effects of the Corona crisis and the application of e-learning. And discuss the most prominent challenges facing educational institutions in light of the application of e-learning. Presenting proposed mechanisms to enhance the role of educational institutions in facing the challenges of e-learning. The research found a set of proposed mechanisms to meet the challenges of e-learning, the most important of which are: the use of new platforms and ensuring adequate follow-up with students. Redesign and even increase student well-being activities into an online format. Involve and consult with student representatives, students from specific communities to better understand specific needs and ensure that the solutions offered are appropriate for everyone and leave no one behind. And provide regular virtual training sessions to assist them in this new educational context. and interdepartmental collaboration and sharing of practices to address current challenges (eg, improving staff skills, sharing competencies among colleagues in online content delivery, etc.). Providing lectures that are broadcast live online, with students viewing classes multiple times and at different times (this is especially important for students living in different time zones), adding an oral component to check whether students have taken the test themselves is a good solution, as well as Use more 'home tests' (make sure to provide students with detailed information on deadlines and plagiarism), train teachers on how to work with computer technologies, give them skills to prepare online courses, design and manage websites efficiently, and improve technology infrastructure In educational institutions, allowing the possibility of employing e-learning applications in teaching efficiently, and developing awareness of e-learning culture and its importance in the digital age.
